In between 3374 - 3742? Missing
I have come to the same conclusion about evidence pieces coming from the M.E.'s office. I think when they surface they will likely be in the OCSO tag H-60493 group.Snipped for space.
I got through most of the docs again but my computer started fritzing out on pdf.
From what I read, I found NO mention of the skull in all the lists of things found. I did read quite a bit about it in narratives, though.
Here's my line of thought.
The skull was found with duct tape over the mouth area. It was not actually in the bag and fell out, but was laying on the ground underneath the bag. More skeletal remains were in the bag. When the *advertiser censored*. ME got there, after everything was photographed, etc., he took possession of the skull and the bag with the skeletal remains. IMO, the list including the skull, duct tape, and those particular skeletal remains are going to be on an ME report, which was not included in the doc dump (that I saw, anyway), as they were officially collected by the *advertiser censored*. ME. The rest of the skeletal remains were collected by CSI's, and are in the document dump. 3 pieces of duct tape, Q62, Q63, and Q64, were collected at the ME's office and sent to the lab to be comparison tested. IMO, these three are separate from the rest in the reports, Q66, from gascan collected by investigators, Q100, collected at remains scene by investigators, and at least 3 more, one long piece and 2 other pieces found 12/19 approximately 30 minutes apart.

I have to confess that I haven't kept notes on page numbers yet. I was too busy trying to sort out three different evidence tracking systems scattered over 500 pages. In between 3374 - 3742? Missing
I started keeping note of numbers when someone complained of the 10 missing pages. I found I also had same missing, and some others which I found.I have to confess that I haven't kept notes on page numbers yet. I was hoping someone else would do it.
We could probably get JB to file a discovery motion for us. He seems to have a taste for inflicting injury on his case.I started keeping note of numbers when someone complained of the 10 missing pages. I found I also had same missing, and some others which I found.
If you do get round to checking numbers, let me know if there is anything you have that I don't. Other than that who do you complain to?

I think a joint action against JB/CMA for cost of paper, ink etc.must run into millions! Not to mention stuffing up the planet with all the extra trees and hot computers and all.We could probably get JB to file a discovery motion for us. He seems to have a taste for inflicting injury on his case.
p 3750:OCSO is still withholding the ballistic tests on GA's gun. I want to see that report.
I wish they played nicer, but unfortunately, we'll no doubt have to wait till trial for all the good info.Do you think LE is playing a game with us?
Plenty to sleuth out and documents difficult to get clues from. But all we get are things that we need an answer to, not actual answers.
I am sure you will sort out which bits of Duct tape came from where, but we get no inf about a match anywhere. We know about diaries and heart stickers found, but nothing about what if anything they match?
It's a good game. Hours of fun for the whole family - trying to fathom how to have hours of fun?
Somebody noticed a missing chunk last time. I joined in with requests but no answers. I seem to remember it was 10 or so pages in a boring section so I gave up. This lot seems OK I have continuous pages 3374 - 3801. Do I have it all? I have not checked every page number for singlton omissions.
I also take some heart from the fact that this lot is just as awkward for JB and he does not have the world wide network of WS. He can steal our work, but it's mostly against him and his client.
Your Congress should have ran that million page socialism bill past WS, at least it would have got read?
Baez sent bullets by certified mail to the owner of the wooded crime scene property. Were those George's bullets?
I hesitate to post this, because it's tantamount to waving raw meat around in a room full of hungry pit bulls, but it has occurred to me that there may be hope yet for duct tape fingerprints.
I'm not talking about reading between lines and wondering whether "no latent prints were detected" was a sneaky way of avoiding discussion of "patent" prints or blue suede prints or any other kind of prints. I agree with HotDogs (I think it was HD) that there would have been more discussed if there was more found, and I don't think that they tested only for GA, CA, and LA. The FBI didn't need exclusion prints for KC.
I'm talking about Tag # H 60493, Item # 16, "one piece of duct tape- Henkel Consumer Adhesives.", collected on Dec. 12, 2008, and submitted to the FBI as Q-100...
... on Jan. 9, 2009. (ref: pgs. 3743 & 3744)
We have not seen the results of any testing of this piece of tape. The fingerprint test results we have seen are from items received on Dec. 13, 2008, and the report on the results is dated Dec. 15, 2008.
The Tag # H-60493 suggests that this piece of tape was right there with the remains. It is shared by many other items that we know were.
So our revered Blink and even the oft' reviled LP may still be right.
We'll have to wait and see.
Well, I hate to use common sense here.... but these are my thoughts:
Since the tape was still on Caylee's mouth we can assume she did not, or could not, remove it with her hands meaning one of 3 things:
1. Her hands were bound to keep her from ripping off the tape.
2. She was incapacitated and the duct tape was placed over her mouth. She was physically unable to remove it (this begs the question- why the need for duct tape to quiet a sleeping or knocked out child). She could awaken and remove the duct tape with her hands.
3. The duct tape was placed on post mortem to confused investigators into thinking it was an abduction, in case she was found. But then, why leave a heart shaped sticker on her mouth?
I am leaning toward #1.
I wish we actually knew more about this evidence as this creates many more questions than actually giving answers.
I really like hearing all the theories concerning the duct tape.
I don't think the duct tape was placed there to throw off investigators. Casey's an "in the moment" person. She doesn't think ahead. imo
And if the tape was placed there to keep her quiet and her hands were bound, where was she? Not in the car so where would she put a drugged child? Casey grew up in Fl. She knows 10 minutes in a car in July would kill a small child. Caylee HAD to be in the plastic bags while she was in the trunk otherwise there would have been more DNA. imo
And I don't think the tape was placed there after Caylee was dead.
My thoughts: She put a drugged, curled up, wrapped in Winnie-the-Pooh blanket, mouth-taped Caylee into the plastic bag. Tied it tightly and placed her into another bag. Placed her into the back seat/trunk and drove around waiting for her to suffocate. The tape was so she couldn't hear any noise, imo
I'm curious to know if there are fibers from the blanket on the duct tape.
