Julissa is coming up with a birthdate of 04/24/1983 on a public records search. They aren't always so accurate, but the date comes up with 4 different addresses for her so I think its pretty good.

Degirl, the date you found would give a Taurus SUN as Kat tracked down. Boston news source gives victim's age as 26. If 4/24/83 is correct, Julissa would have turned 26 this coming Friday (4/24/09) and would have been age 25 on the DOD.

Can we get confirmation this is the correct DOB?

If I can come up with a birth date and other info on Kristen Smart, would it be possible to do a chart on her with an emphasis on her location? I am in a position where I could search for Kristen, if I had a general direction to go in. I do believe she is still near the university.

Please provide your son's date, time and location (city & state) of birth as well as the date(s), time frame(s) and location of the suspected abuse.

Keep in mind the astrology cannot 'prove' sexual molestation. What it can do is show whether there is 'natal promise' of such a potential manifestation in your son's chart and whether that 'natal promise' may have been 'triggered' during a particular time frame.

If you suspected your son had been abused, why did you not report it?

Call me naive back then, Sandra Cantu has been my eye opening, with the thought in the back of my mind all these years. The church is located where my child was born and the incident may have occurred which is not in California.

1. Did the possible incident occur in the city your son was born in? (info was removed as you requested) If not, please give us the name of the city and the approx time frame on the date you provided earlier in which something may have happened.

On Sunday it will be the 4-year anniversary of Janet Marie Christiansen Abaroa and her unborn child brutal murder. In Memory of Janet and her unborn Child and in hopes of Justice for Janet, I gathered some information in hopes that someone would be willing to perhaps do a chart on this case.

This year, April 26 - May 2nd is National Crime Victims' Rights Week and I am frustrated, angry and very sad that an arrest has not been made. POI or Suspect of the case is abundantly evident, however, it's a CE case and any help would be so welcomed. Thank you so much in advance just for reading this very long post.

Janet was murdered in her Durham, NC home, while her 6-month old son, Kaiden slept in his crib in his room. At the time of the crime she was married to Raven Samuel Abaroa (Peters) who was under indictment for embezzlement.

Raven Samuel Peters Abaroa was born on October 11, 1979, (Per the Memorial Video he claims he was born at 8:23 am) in California, perhaps San Diego. It is believed that he was born Samuel or Samual Peters. When he married Janet his name was Raven Samuel Abaroa. We know he has recently used the name Raven Peters. He has used all these names in the past.

Raven and Janet Abaroa both worked at the same company called Eurosports in Hillsborough, NC but they worked in different departments. Janet discovered that Raven was cheating on her and the couple separated and he moved in with another woman. While Raven was having an affair and moved out Janet discovered she was pregnant. She spent the majority of the pregnancy alone.

In June of 2004 Raven started embezzling from Eurosports. Raven & Janet still both worked at the same company in different departments.

Raven & Janet started talking about getting back together at the end of July. In the beginning of August Janet took Raven back. In August they moved into a home they rented.

Janet & Raven's had a son:
Kaiden Kenéhsaeh Abaroa
Born: October 17, 2004
Time: 3:07 PM
Location: Durham, NC
Weight: 7lbs 15oz
Height: 20.5 inches

He was 6 months old at the time of the murder.

Raven embezzled from June until he was caught. In January Raven was arrested for Embezzling from EuroSports and he was terminated.

In February Raven was officially charged with embezzling over $10k worth of equipment from Eurosports. Janet, out of embarrassment resigned her position, at the dismay of her bosses and coworkers.

PLEASE NOTE: JANET WAS NOT EVEN REMOTELY INVOLVED IN THE EMBEZZLEMENT. Janet was dearly loved by her coworkers and bosses and knew she had no knowledge of Raven's embezzlement.

Raven ended up convicted of 5 felony charges in in August 2005. It was found that he was embezzling the product at work, mailing it off from the company to Utah. I am not sure if the product ended up being then shipped out from the mother's home.

They fell behind on their rent after they were both jobless in January. Landlord gave the couple February and March free due to their unemployment.

The landlord said they had found new jobs and were getting back on their feet shortly before Janet was murdered.
Janet was working for Martin Marietta Materials in Raleigh.

It is believed that their church raised enough funds to pay for their April rent.

On April 22, Landlord said Janet and Raven just signed the forms for the change in rent. May rent would've been back to normal before their unemployment.

Raven got a temporary job and was working at the time of the murder, however his job was temporary and was to be working until the end of the Month.

In April there was a flurry of activity on the internet. Raven joined Classmates, Hot or Not, Reunion.com etc. and joined many as "single".

On April 25, Raven makes an entry to his blog on his website about overcoming trying times in his life.

In April prior to the murder there are substantiated rumors of Raven seeing other women.

Date of the murder

Janet and Raven both worked. The couple picked up Kaiden from Day care and the drove Janet's vehicle, an Acura for oil change at a repair shop and to have some work done to it.

Janet and Raven were visited by a Church Home Teacher who left the home about 7:00 pm. That was the last known time she was witnessed alive by someone other than Raven Abaroa.

Per Raven Abaroa they ate dinner, did dishes, put Kaiden to sleep and he worked on "homework". Janet didn't want him to go to the pick-up group to play soccer because he had homework. Janet folded clothes, and there are multiple stories told by Raven, that he put Kaiden's hang up's away or that they both entered Kaiden's room to put away laundry. They had a hallmark moment where they hugged and Raven stated they had such a beautiful family.

At about 8:30 pm Raven Abaroa claims he left to go to Morrisville for a pick up group soccer game. I am not positive, but I believe it's approximately 20 - 30 minutes away which would get Raven there approximately 9:00 pm.

He states he returned home about 10:40 pm. At about 10:58 he contacted 911. He claimed he found his wife dead in a kneeling position on the floor of the bedroom (actually a spare bedroom used as an office). According to the medical examiner's report she was laying on her back.

Note:* It is later found that at the end of 911 call Raven was actually OUTSIDE waiting for Law Enforcement to arrive. He hung up with the 911 operator (you can hear how quiet he got) and then he told the people that arrived on the scene that Janet was hurt upstairs.

Raven had 4 cars/motorcycles at the time he was fired from Eurosport: An Acura 3.0 CL (Janet's Vehicle), a Dodge Durango, a VX (just 1 and it was originally white) and his motorcycle.

Crime Scene:

Missing: Murder Weapon, Raven's "knife collection" and Laptop

Found: Money, keepsakes, Janet's wedding rings were sitting out. Nothing else was stolen

Medical Examiner's Reports
NOTES re: Medical Examiner's Report: The Medical Examiner did not show up at the scene of the crime and was notified of the crime on April 27, 2005. He did not view the body until April 28, 2005. Nearly 48 hours elapsed before viewing the body by ME. The "About" re: TOD may be due to husband's words to medical personnel that arrived at the scene of the crime and is not an accurate picture of the TOD. This is also due to the fact that is inconsistent with the 911 call, but when officers got to the house Raven was outside waiting for the office and told the officers "his wife was upstairs hurt", which is different than the words used in the 911 call.

November 8, 2006, local television station WRAL reported in an interview with Cpl. Sheldon Perkins of the Durham Police Department:

Investigators said much of their work in the past year has involved tying outside information to clues found at the scene.

"We got a lot of forensic evidence on the scene," Perkins said. "But sometimes it's just as important the evidence you don't find."

Police said they believe Janet Abaroa knew her killer, noting there was no forced entry into the house.

Investigators have interviewed dozens of people, some of them more than once, he said.

"We have some people we're looking at, and we do have a person of interest," he said. "I feel it's a very good case."

Of note: Raven was taken to the police station and had someone from his church pick him up at about 4:30/5:00 am. Raven stated he would be back later in the morning to take a Lie Detector's test. He hired Julian Mack and lawyered up by 8:00 am. On his way to get Kaiden who was with another Church Member he contacted Janet's parents. He was crying and handed the phone to the church member who iinformed Janet's parents that Janet committed suicide. Raven has told other's she was dead and it was being investigated as a "suicide".

There are conflicting times when Adji was last seen, but 7:42pm is when he was reported missing.

Hi Startalk, yes, that's the birthdate for Julissa we are assuming is correct based on the same news article you mentioned. Her name is Michelle Lee, she's 24. Found by her roommate just after 8am April 28th in Sunnyside, Queens.

The Weeping Sisters also rears its head in the Haleigh Cummings case. In the general thread, it was posted that the Weeping Sisters would be visible/lining up over the next few days according to a PBS show (I need to find the link). I'm hoping it will shed some light on these cases?

I wonder if it has anything to do with the new photos of KC's car at Amscot being released? Interesting.
