I thought for sure though it was said he parked in the "alley" ~ didn't that come from him (LR)? After checking out the car, LE could've moved it. MOOFwiw, imo le is not that accomodating if someone at a crime scene needs to get to or move their property. Or they shouldn't be. I'm leaning towards the car was in the road from the get go. You never know though.
What time did it start to get dark that day? He reported Hasanni missing after 4pm so I'd think the photos should indicate the approximate time they were taken by the shadows. MOOIf he did indeed round the corner, there's no way he could have left the car in the middle of the street IMHO. Neighbors would have called the police just for that and people at the bar would have definitely noticed. I'm guessing initially it was treated as a missing child that wandered off with no evidence of a crime yet. The other thing is, the news didn't show up for a while, so any media photos you see were later in the day (several hours later?).

Well in the obituary posted for PC's mother...it says PC was her only daughter. And it lists three grandchildren, JC, SC and TS. That means all three are PC's children, correct?TS is only 16 years old?!?! Do the myspace thing...

OK so there would've been plenty of time for the car to be moved, the media to take photos before it got dark. thanks!According to this link, it was 8:07, which sounds right.
I'd say it was dark by 8:30 or so.

These photos are great!!! I still can't figure out why he would've popped the trunk lid, leaving it open, before going to the store to let her know they were there. Unless it was to block out the visibility (somewhat) of who was in the car, but then again he says he told Hasanni to go stand by the building's back door. :waitasec: MOOTADA! from the back....

Is it possible he might have been in real panic mode by then and not even realized he left the trunk open? After all, he either just killed Hasanni & disposed of him, or else disposed of Hasanni's body after a fatal accident--or would a sociopath start feeling crazed at all after doing something unthinkable, horrible like this?
TADA! from the back....
Nope, they are by and large incapable of emotion of any kind. Therefore they're completely detached from the awful thing they've just done. Just doesn't phase them.
And that's just my opinion. I'm not a shrink. I just had the misfortune of being raised by two sociopath's and then I was lucky enough to pick one myself, whom I lived with for twelve years. I've got 'sociopath radar' I think. Good times, lemme tell ya. Toward the end I truly believe that my ex could have set the house on fire with me and our toddler son in it and simply driven away.

Oh I don't believe Hasanni was there either. I was just trying to figure out why anybody would open the trunk & leave the opened car unattended with an open trunk when he could've done it when he got back. It goes along with the same line of thinking though to leave Hasanni unattended by the door though. The only thing I can think of is he wanted to make it look like a perp was lured into the area and snatched Hasanni. :waitasec: And yes, I too would like to know how he could be sure the two kids left alone in the house wouldn't get into something or hurt themselves while he was out. The trip to the bank couldn't have been just 5 minutes. MOOmy opinion - Hasanni was NOT in the car when he got there! I really doubt the little guy was in the car when Ross got to the salvage yard. That trip to the bank sounds very suspicious to me...
By the way - Any suggestions on how he kept the 18mo baby in her bed while he went to the bank? An 18mo baby walks all over the place and is in to everything, how did he assure himself she wouldn't wake up and walk to the stairs? Yikes, this guy is unpredictable isn't he?
