this just backs up what I have been saying. I think most of the so-called "experts" are full of it or just guessing. Yes, its scary, but there are SK amongst us who live normal lives and stay under the radar. Not every SK is some ex-con raving lunatic. Look at the BTK killer and numerous others.

I have also had some similar thoughts. I was thinking regarding the photographs, if they were only for his "personal use" , or was he sharing them with someone/s ? In this day and age with the internet, predators have their own "community". Well if there is anything to that, his computer will hopefully tell all!

I read a novel by James Patterson, i think it was "Four Blind Mice" It was a group of rich and powerful military men who paid for video and footage of rapes/murders. The man who was committing the crimes was military and committed the crimes wherever he was posted. As soon as this came out I thought of the book!

Has the cause of death been reported in any of the cases being reviewed for connections to Williams? Also, has anyone seen anything about where he grew up? All I read began with his college years.

ITA and want to add that IMO, I would think that stalking potential victims is an intricate part of the whole thrill package.

An interesting tidbit was the fact that he was driving the Pathfinder when they got his tire impression instead of his usualy ride; the BMW.

His wife not having a clue reminds me of Witchita's BTK. His killing career spanned almost 30 years and she never suspected him. He had a huge collection of drawings of the murders scenes (and future scenarios) as well as other items and she never found them - or so she said.

You are right, Summer. Not just legal liability, but also to try to prevent hoaxes and fraud. This is not aimed at any specific poster, but it's possible for anyone to sign up here and claim connections and "facts" that do not exist, thereby confusing and misleading our investigation. This is why admin asks for links or at the least, identifying sources. A way around this (sometimes) is to contact Tricia to verify your ID and personal connection to the case(s). To circumvent these rules runs the risk of being permanently banned from the site. And yes, it was a courtesy warning before any mods come in and start deleting posts and banning people.

PJ, please don't take this personally. We would like you to continue posting, but following the above guidelines is for your own protection, as well as for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the investigations here. Funeral arrangements for Lloyd are being handled by John R. Bush Funeral Home and visitation for family and friends will be Friday 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Service will be in the chapel Saturday at 1 p.m.

You only need to register if you know the accused, accused's family or knew the victim and/or the victim's family, not if you live in the area.

A group of men, now that is an interesting idea. Yes, we do know that there is a market for sexual exploitation/violence on the internet. There are daily reports in the news about *advertiser censored* rings. There is also a possibility that some people limit sharing their collections to a chosen few, an inner circle, kind of like a club.

I do hope that the police investigate all the possibilities. What if a predator does not limit his tastes to one particular demographic?

But,we like to make sure that anyone posting as a professional in a specific area truly is what/who they claim to be. This is not a new rule and has always been the case. But it seems unclear to some and I wanted to clarify it.

Basically if any information from a particular poster is to be given more weight based on the fact that they claim to have special knowledge in any one area, we need to confirm it for the posting membership.

We ask that posters that are posting with expertise in a specific area contact Tricia so she can confirm their credentials. This is 100% voluntary and no one is ever required to reveal their true identity unless they want to post as an expert. Please know that Tricia does not reveal ANYONE'S identity if you should choose to be confirmed by her.

We just want to make sure that if posters rely on information posted by someone with special training, that they do actually have that training.

Not unless you are personally connected to the victims, the accused, or other parties closely involved in the case (i.e. LE, lawyers, family, etc.). To the best of my knowledge, any info posted here needs to be backed up with links and/or an identification of your source. If you're not going to do that, you need not register. Your own personal opinions and speculation are fine, as long as it's made clear that that's what they are.

-Funeral for Jessica this weekend
-Williams showed the police Jessica body

-He confessed to Jessica and Marie-France's murders

-He has not retained a laywer, he's using duty counsel

-Searches at both houses concentrated on crime trophies, clothing, other articles of clothing, photo collectionictures taken of assault and murder victims

-Col told police he took the photos

-Kathleen was also mentioned as being investigated

There is another possibility, too: persons enlisted as "sweepers" to tidy up the trail, whether they wanted to, or not.

Serial murderers are not always the loners we think they are.

A little personality info...

In 2000, DNA revealed that both women had been killed by the same man.


Gilmour's brother, Sean McCowan, told Global News he called Detective Sergeant Steve Ryan of the Toronto Police Cold Case Squad after reading the papers on Tuesday.
