Just because your medical supplies arrived before a nurse did, does not mean a nurse had not been assigned to your case yet, and probably was coordinating the paperwork behind the scenes. I can't explain as to why she didn't arrive first. Perhaps you had a discharge planner from your hospital that forwarded your medical supply list onto your home health case manager...

And WHY is that? They have made themselves a liability and to the best of my knowledge, throwing yourself into the media is NOT a disability. Why couldn't Cindy have returned to her old job? They are milking the government and the public. They can afford expensive tatoos and new diamonds but they can't pay for their home. I WISH my house payment was as low as theirs was.

After a little investigating, I believe that the change of address notice was filed by the plaintiff's attorney. That appears to be a common entry on several of his cases (I only checked a limited number though, as he's handling a ton of cases!)
 
I re-read CAs SAOs deposition yesterday, and CA told Linda her long term disability, 2 years, started in Jan 09 ... so in Jan 11 it will end.

I don't have the link, but up in the resource thread, it is in part 2 about 2/3 of the way through. Linda asked CA about her finances details and how she is getting income. CA went on her lengthy talk about disability. Then Linda asked about media fees. CA danced around that one until Linda brought out documentation. CA also told Linda she makes her mortgage payments and they are up to date but she hasn't been paying on credit cards. CA also went on her pity party for one that she had to buy items removed from OSCO because they would not return them. Cellphones, her computer broke ..... on and on it went.

Yet the As went out and brought new clothes, jewelry, went on a cruise, redecorated and remodeled the A compound ...... yada...yada...yada.

GAs deposition is next on my list to re-read, then LAs. NO videos though. Can't do that when I am waiting for the latest CA interview w/LE on July 29, 08.

and lets not forget the money orders she KEEPS putting into ICAs account? it was in the red, mommy put $140 in it =ICA princess ordered her hot cocoa and dip? it went back into the red again...so you KNOW thats another $ order,coming to princess soon too:furious: and yes this was RECENT< after the refinacing safe for time being development.

Quite right Sun! MuzikMan got the document today, and the change of address is for the Plaintiff's attorneys, Shapiro $ Fishman LLP, from Tampa.

Just to mention that it was reported Friday, Oct 8th...that BOA has halted ALL foreclosures...

BofA, which is the largest U.S. mortgage servicer, said it has decided to extend the review of its foreclosure documents across the entire country.

The revelations on "robo-signers" have led a number of lawmakers have called for an industry wide moratorium on foreclosures amid concerns the process has been unfair to homeowners.

Wow, I wish I could afford nice security cams in this day in age. I also wish I could go 9+ months without paying my rent, have my late fees dismissed and still keep a roof over my head..so I can go on a cruise and buy nice jewelry. Unfortunately I don't live in the A's world where I can get away with whatever I want.
I, like the rest of you, have that pesky thing of accountability and responsibility to worry about.

No wonder why they do the things they do. This is outrageous.

If she is on high powered anti-anxiety drugs or psychotropics, it might help her cause. She will not be able to function in her job if she can't think fast on her feet, or risks the chance of falling to sleep at her desk, KWIM?

If she has a good attorney, they may be able to win this for her, I'm not discounting it, totally...IMO, CA will find a way....JMHO

IIRC this was installed in the beginning when all the protesters started. OCSO also placed a camera on the light post out front somewhere to keep a eye on things.

Do you think after this disability ends in 2011 CA will be able to collect unemployment, SS Disability and or Food stamps/cash assistance? Just think that stinks when there's many more out there that could use the assistance and aren't asking for it or can't get it.

Anyone know how old CA is? I seriously doubt they would qualify for food stamps or SSI.

That's what gets to me. I have friends who are a lot worse off than she is - they are homeless and disabled. She's not disabled except in her own mind. She wants to get a free ride and she's determined to do it on the back of her dead granddaughter. Shame on her. May she rot in Florida - maybe they'll cut off her A/C I have nothing but bad thoughts towards this person who milks trhe media, treats people disgustingly, etc., I have to stop or I'll say something I'll regret. Suffice to say that she's scum in my opinion..
