NayNay's docket updates-looks like she was sentenced to 6 mos. of in-patient drug rehab. I hope the program helps her to straighten her life out so she doesn't end up in jail/prison.

She did quite well also. She can use that 6 month treatment. Originally she had 36 MONTHS DRUG OFFENDER PROBATION sentenced in Oct. 2009. Plus, she gets to wait until there's bed space on ROR basically.

:waitasec:I am a bit confused here, maybe this is old. This is the first time I have seen this on the docket for Misty. I know there was the fight outside GGMS with Ron, Tommy, and Hank Sr. I don't recall this on the docket though. Anyone seen it before? I wonder who the witness was and why the case was not on the docket before and why was it closed? Odd how things show up and disappear on those dockets...:waitasec:

Madj, that docket showed up on 11/8/10 and was not there 8/09. Timmy had his show up one year after the harrassing phone call to Ron. Odd isn't it, guess they were sitting on the back burner and went no where obviously.

Looks as if Misty has filed for an APPEAL in St.John's as well. Will she be able to get out of all her charges? :banghead:

I don't have an answer as to why the charge showed up so late.
I don't have a link to back this up so I will say IMO if a case has not been active after 1 year it is closed. I have also considered what you stated, holding back the charge to use as leverage at a later date if needed.

They filed the appeal before she was even sentenced in Putnam. They have granted her the ability to add the other sentences to that appeal. That's my take after reading the whole thing.

On the dockets showing up one year after they were filed, I remember when the Ratgate charge was sent to the SA, also some other arrests. Weren't we told they were going to review them? They had better charges or wanted better charges so those cases were bargaining tools after their drug arrests, then dropped and filed on the dockets. Just guessing.

Also wanted to add, the Supreme Court docket for Misty, I wonder when Feilds will quit or did he or does she want him to quit? Where's the lawyers?!!

When I looked Misty up, it says shes in unsupervised custody, and its giving Putnam as her location, no prison. Is she back in Putnam for her sentencing?

Nope, she's at Lowell prison.

If you do a Vinelink search for Croslin, Misty it will show that as well as the FL DOC site. If you search for Cummings, Misty on Vinelink it gives a date of 2/18/10 which is from last year when she was transferred from St. Johns Co. to Putnam for a court appearance.

If she shows up Monday in Putnam, she's going to be sentenced to possibly a long time in prison for drugs and rot. A change of court date would make me happy right now. Never thought I would say that. She'll show sadly...

It's a shame Haleigh won't get justice. No one will step up for her.
