Casey Anthony’s Jail Visits Are Few As Trial Approaches

http://www..com/2011/04/casey-anthonys-jail-visits-are-few-as-trial-approaches/

Seems like Casey got "birthday" visits from Barrett, Medina, and Baez. Very strange where priorities appear to be among these people and Casey.

Wonder if these will be the same factors Krop cites in KC's penalty phase??

Based on the neuropsychological findings, Dr. Krop concluded there was “some evidence . . . of some degree of organic brain damage.” However, Dr. Krop found it difficult to determine the nature of the brain damage. Dr. Krop opined there “is minimal brain damage existing, most likely in the right temporal lobe area, but that would need to be documented further in neurological and objective types of testing.”

Dr. Krop opined that Rose did not satisfy any of the statutory mitigating factors.11 Dr. Krop did not believe Rose “was severe or extreme in terms of mental disturbance,” for example. However, Dr. Krop opined that several non-statutory mitigating circumstances applied, including Rose’s: (1) abusive and neglectful upbringing by cold, uncaring, alcoholic parents; (2) being a sickly child viewed as different, leading to “an inadequate self-concept”; (3) alcohol and drug abuse; (4) organic brain syndrome with “at least minimal brain damage”; (5) intoxication at the time of the murder; (6) recognition of his alcoholism and attempts to rehabilitate himself; and (7) ability to function in a prison environment. As to statutory aggravating factors, Dr. Krop was unable to reach a conclusion on whether the crime was cold, calculated, and premeditated.

Dr. Krop’s conclusion as to Rose’s intoxication at the time of the murder was based on Rose’s self-report that he had 20 or more beers that day. Dr. Krop acknowledged that “the more a person lies regarding anything, the more difficult it is to make an accurate diagnosis” of that person. Dr. Krop admitted that Rose “has given inconsistent information to various people” about his background, including his marital status, parole status, criminal history, academic background, and whether he had suffered head injuries. With Dr. Krop, Rose maintained he was innocent of Richardson’s murder.
...oh so maybe they'll also use her "seizure" to explain any brain dysfunction...okey dokie.

Does that show Medina coming shortly after midnight?

Will we be able to request these AFTER she's convicted?

Leaving after midnight. ....from earlier interviews, it appeared to be a habit of the defense to arrive AFTER a shift change and after other inmates are locked down for the evening.

ICA is gonna love hearing she's brain damaged.....:great:

LMAO :floorlaugh::floorlaugh: To bad that is not what her psychologists found . I think that is another reason why Baez withdrew both his so called experts..

Prosecutors show what defense psychologists found when they examined Casey Anthony.
They didn't find anything wrong. There were no signs of any clinical or personality disorders.

When was the last time Mason went to visit Casey? iirc it was August 2010?

Sorry mod's if this should go elsewhere; please relocate.

From the link below; would one of our more knowledgeable WS'ers please identify these new persons on the jail house visits with ICA during Mar/April 2011. TIA.
I know the main players, but there are various other lawyers and 'interviews' with unknown persons.

TIA. :woohoo:

Click on the link in nums [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=6359688&postcount=1042"]post here[/ame]. I think that is what you are looking for.

I am going to move your post to that thread so we don't have parallel threads running on the same topic and I will be glad to answer as best I can there. :)

:maddening:
Here is just a portion of it from the site:

The link to the doc-stoc file no longer working. Maybe someone 'smarter' than me, might figure out the .docstoc file. Sorry

Thanks Beach; the link that I was posting is from the same site that Nums has posted also. Except further down in that link it allowed you to link to the .docstock file which was showing 10 pages of jail visits. Do you know how to bring that back up and repost it for viewing? TIA

No, I sure don't. I tried to link it through docstoc earlier today to look back a little further myself, but whoever that docstoc acct. belongs to required an id to look at more and I wasn't comfortable giving one, so I didn't go that far. It might be restricted as far as linking or something...I really don't know.

I'm sure we can find them somewhere else though since they are public records. I read them when posted here at WS but I'm not sure where others are finding them.

I did put in a 'madeup' id and was able to view the whole 10 page document... Don't remember who's acct it belonged too (not that familar with docstoc). I was able to access it several times before making my post. Should have dl'd it to PDF file (learning...LOL). I put in a 'shared' request for it - will wait too see if anything comes thru. Thanks for your help, Beach. You're a Super Mod!!!!! Love your posts.

WFTV reported tonight about the money sent to Anthony in Orange County Jail. Two men — one from Orlando and another from New Hampshire — for a total of $51.95. A woman sent her $20. George Anthony sent his daughter $140, and she spent some of it on snacks, anchor Martie Salt said.
