I think they originally reported him as 26. I used the city-data database/map and focused search on Fayetteville which he wasn't on that list either since his address is outside Fayetteville. Thanks for responding.

I corrected my original post after you quoted it as well!

Just FYI....

Oh and NH's victim was a 5 year old!

(BARF)

Yes, that is very disturbing...especially because Kelli is so tiny.

He was only 16 at the time, but still, to be even remotely attracted to a five year old means to me that something is not quite right in his head.

Yes mam - that is waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy before puberty!

Does anyone know how long Nick has been at Froggy's, or living in the area?

Nick has been a frequenter of Froggy's for about 3 months give or take a few weeks. However, to my knowledge, he has connections in the area for significantly longer than that. I cannot say what those connections are.

IMO, I don't think she would be 'spooked' if she saw that her husband was at the apartment. I would think she would say she was "busted or F*%$#'d", but I don't think spooked would be the word.

With all due respect, I don't see how she would have been "busted or......". She was just getting a ride home...maybe I misunderstood your post. But, let's not blame the victim for anything.

Good morning Sleuthers and thanks for your posts. I do believe that law enforcement is aware of things we do not know already and are working hard to get more facts. I'm wordering whether the military has "specialists" working on the investigation also (in addition to searchers); had anyone noted this said in any news reports? While certainly Nick (from the bar) has red flags waving over his head, I have pondered some on additional possibilities.
Maybe a drug in her drink at the bar and there is someone else involved. When we are drinking and having fun in a crowd sometimes we are not fully aware of who may be hearing what we say (like - my husband is in FL, the name of apt complex, have to get a ride home, etc).
Another thought is the rash of attacks in that area over past months. Possibly someone in the bar or an apt lurking evil doer that was watching the apts for a lone woman coming home. I do not know the circumstances of the most recent attacks to know whether there are any similarities.
Hopefully today will bring more answers.
These are just ideas.

Military Police are involved.

I did not see this as blaming the victim. Sometimes people overreact to situations. My first spouse was extremely jealous of me talking to anyone of the opposite gender.

I noted on the head shot at this site the date shows as 9/29/11. Do you suppose that they routinely update photos or has there been some sort of additional booking since the 2003 incident?

I think photos have to be updated. moo did u see date? sept!

That IS odd...her husband did change his FB profile pic to one of him & her. Yesterday it was one of just him...

Not sure if ANYTHING could be read into that but just timing is wierd....

just my lowely military wife opinion: but the MPs being involved is not at all odd since she did not show up for duty on post

I personally think NH could find himself in a heap-o-trouble even if he had nothing to do with this because he was living in a shed behind the bar (allegedly)...

do u mean they r involved with kellis disappearance as of today???:what:

Since Kelli went missing off base the military police will assist the locals in their investigation and search efforts.

They were on this case immediately, imo, once they knew she was missing. They will cooperate and cordinate with the local LE.

That is the way it is done in every case involving military service members.

If she is found deceased it will become a State criminal case if they catch the suspect. Now if the suspect should turn out to be soldier they will be involved and most likely set up a hearing to bring charges of their own under the Military Code of Ethics or dishonorably dismiss them.

IMO
