Glad to know that there is someone here that has some experience is that field. The moderater will be able to answer the question about posting that information.

I did see the marriage record threads ago or somewhere else and I can't find in anymore.

It's such a delicate topic because you don't want to bring attention to a innocent party in this mess.

Can you give us an outline without using names? When he was married and where for how long, the cities and how long he stayed, etc.?

We have a birthday. I'm curious if it matches.

Not respiratory therapy. Rehabilitation for released prisoners to make their way back into the mainstream. That was my take. I suppose that could include drug rehab. The website for LWPM that is only available on the wayback machine mentions helping released prisoners find employment.

I didn't see anything that claimed he provided respiratory care. Did I miss that? It wouldn't be suprising tonight if I did!

Get this though, I saw a person with his mother's maiden name (the name someone here posted saying she was his mother) that had 'nurse' attached to it. Mind you, there are at least 15 similar names that come up in many cities.

I'm going out on a limb here. DME (durable medical equiptment) is one of the easist ways to fraud the government. If someone wants to research that before I get a chance?

Here's one that states 'respiratory' at the link. When you put the NPI number in google, it brings up a list of choices. On the google page, several indicate respiratory but, when you click on link to get to the page, it only says 'rehabilitation' specialist. On the google page, it also looks as if he may be a Doctor due to the description to get you to click. Look at the link above 'e-physician'.

And that might not be TCS's LWPM. There are dozens of them.

But yes, this LWPM's NPI listing indicates it was substance abuse/rehab counseling of some sort, specifically.

That's because the NPI number is pulled in to all related search sites. Doctors, insurers, therapists, directories.

Earlier today, I posted TCS's & LWPM's NPIs and what their specific business was, according to their NPI update in Oct 2010.

Anywhere you can find TCS attached to his NPI, you can probably bore down further and find his LWPM. (different number)

As a novice, it looks to me as he's advertising and/or claiming to be a provider of respiratory services.

I don't really care if I persuade anybody else because I know what I see and I'm sure TCS will treat your lungs,
your addictions or whatever else he can do to make you feel better. :banghead:

I'm looking. It also wouldn't surprise me that he might have been trained for this while in prison, funded by same government that funds these other programs.
