Jodi represented herself Aug 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of 2011.
Note the hearing was sealed on Aug 8th. JM and all witnesses were ordered to leave. During the time Jodi represented herself, One inmate testified and she made two phone calls acting as her own attorney and am SURE one of those calls were made to MM.
I was elated when I discovered the reason Victoria Washington withdrew.. MM!
Juan refered to MM and or someone testifying this January in his cross of Jodi re: Jurers questions this past Friday... therefore I've included 1/28 & 1/31 minutes as there is alot of I'm sure .. jucy... "Stuff" sealed... Not to be transcribed without prior order of the court.

I didn't know the replacement phone was also a Helio - I thought the drowned hot cho one was the one she replaced. There are just too many stories for my tired brain to figure out tonight.

I commute to work by bike ten miles a day. I row an hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and lift Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Every morning when I wake up I walk like a clothespin.

Weekends I nap. However, I still wake up to tell kids to get off my lawn.

I don't have a lawn.

At first I was mesmerized by the spectacle of a full-blown psychopath taking the stand, lying, lying and lying and then pivoting to another lie when prior lies are pointed out.

By now, all the novelty aforementioned psychopath has worn off.

I'm thinking of starting an annual event, the "Travis Alexander Memorial Door Head Bang" to commemorate the patience of a modern saint. Every year until the psychopath gets the needle.

I was thinking about the courtroom observers repeated notations about JA NOT looking at her mom in the gallery ... could it be because she is holding a grudge against her mom for betraying her by mentioning the 9 mm as well as failing in her assigned mission to sell the forged pedo confession letters to the National Enquirer?

Welcome, and I must say, I like your post although I'm a bit confused, but that's OK. I do agree that the psychopath regime has really taken a beating and I'm totally tired of it too. I just wish that this woman would just go away, permanently.

iirc there was time early in the trial when willmott tried to comfort ja by putting her arm around her to pat ja or something, ja said something and willmott snatched her arm back real quick. don't know what it was about, but you don't see willmott comforting ja at all. :floorlaugh:
