There has been such a manipulator here, working behind the scenes. And it wasn't Donald Holland, because he was dead. I don't think Chessie or the twins worked it all out between themselves, either.

I just wanted to add that the name I came up with (the supposed letter holder) does start with a T
 
Could the letter have been written by brittney's GM boyfriend that's incarcerated for crimes agains BW? That could also explain one reason GM is putting funds in his jail account...because he has info on her and she wants to keep him quiet.
