Here is a listing of all the angry emails Travis sent to JA in order by date. To me they show a very telling premeditated tale.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
March 30, 2008 – A text message exchange took place, during which Alexander told Arias he did not want to get another text message from her unless she gave him an apology for exposing him to all the drama in her life.
April 2008 - Burns testified that he first met Arias at a PrePaid Legal convention in Oklahoma in April 2008. A few weeks after that initial meeting, Burns and Arias were chatting on the phone three to five times a week.
April 2008 - Arias moved from Arizona to California. That same month, Alexander posted a blog entry stating, "This Year will be the Best year of my life. This is the year that will eclipse all others. I will earn more, learn more, travel more, serve more, love more, give more and be more than all the other years of my life combined."
April 2008 - Another text conversation that was examined in court took place after Arias moved from Arizona to California. During that conversation, Alexander told Arias to not contact him and warned her that things could get "real bad for her."
"Bitter feelings brewing in me towards you," Alexander wrote in an April 2008 text message to Arias. "I'm sick of having days ruined by you. If it keeps up, I fear I'll have a genuine dislike for you. I'm asking you before it gets to that, to stop doing it, before I start seeking revenge."
April 2008
- These are all FROM Travis TO JA
Do not call me. And do not text me anything. The next thing I want is this michelle K that is friends with Elena(?) that nobody knows but knows details about my life. Not one other thing ever. Until you have that information. Its 15 minutes it would take to get the info. But you won't take 15 minutes... you have that information. its 15 minutes it would take to get the info. But you won't take 15 minutes. Why because it is an Fing lie. So either text me that you are ready to tell the truth or give me your imaginary friend with the worst BS story you have ever told or leave me alone. Its a lie like no other. It is freaking foolish. There is no way out of it, you have screwed up your story so bad you can't mend it. You are caught. When will you realize that. I do not know. You have til tomorrow. To have me this persons information before I tell all of the hughes' leslie udy, the freemans, your parents and anyone else that matters about all the crazy things you have done. So either fess up or feel the wrath. No matter how bad the truth is I promise you the punishment will be better than the lie. This is worse than your magical email that a mysterious man you've never seen before wrote for you. You insult me by thinking ill believe such crap. nothing else from you til the truth. I already know your lying so why continue. After tomorrow, its gonna get real bad for you. Time to spit it out.
May 03, 2008 – Ryan Burns and Arias exchange numerous flirtatious emails including conversations about her visiting him soon and her not playing hard to get.
May 10, 2008 - Arias posted the last entry to her online blog. It reads, in part: "I cannot ignore that there is an ever-present yearning and desire that pulses within me. It throbs for gratification and fulfillment."
That same day, according to prosecutors, Alexander sent this text to Arias: "Why don't you have him come and f--k you in the woods, I can only imagine you are so worried about me reading. You are paranoid because you have no respect for people privacy and you dare insult me of all people. Someone you should through your actions you hate more than love by denying me a human right of privacy countless times. You have a lot of freaking nerve. We are all not like you in that aspect."
May 18, 2008 - Alexander posted the last entry, titled "Why I want to marry a Gold Digger," to his online blog. It reads, in part: "I did a little soul searching and realized that I was lonely ... I realized it was time to adjust my priorities and date with marriage in mind ... This type of dating to me is like a very long job interview and can be exponentially more mentally taxing. Desperately trying to find out if my date has an axe murderer penned up inside of her."
May 26, 2008 - These 3 are all part of one long text, no replies from JA in between:
05/26/08 at 07:59:15am
I sent you a response to your dire conversation, that I hope you read because you need to read it. Maybe it will spark human emotion in you, something that only seems to exist when it comes to your own problems. But everyone else is just a part of your sick agenda. By the way, your pic comment to Danny Jones makes you look like a pure *advertiser censored*, even more to
the people who know you. You should be embarrassed by it. If he knew what I knew
about you he'd spit in ur face. Sow could everyone else. I have never never in my life been hurt so bad by someone. But why do I even say it because you don't care. It doesn't serve your evilness.
05/26/08 at 08:35:02am
You couldn't get off your lazy butt to read it could you. That's the sociopath (I) know so well. it freakin figures
05/26/08 at 09:11:11am
I don't want your apology I want you to understand what I think of you. I want you to understand how evil I think you are. You are the worst thing that ever happened to me.
May 28, 2008 - Yreka, California, police officer Kevin Friedman investigated a robbery (reported theft of a .25 caliber gun, $30 in cash, a stereo and a DVD player ) at the house of Arias’ grandparents on May 28, 2008, just a few days before Alexander was killed.
May 28, 2008 - Ryan Burns testified that towards the end of May 2008, he and Arias had made plans for her to visit his home in West Jordan, Utah.
June 2008 - During the first week of June, Alexander told friends that he suspected Arias had hacked into his Facebook account. He allegedly said that he told her to stay out of his life forever.
June 2, 2008 - Arias, according to police, picked up a vehicle from Budget Rent-a-Car in Redding, Calif.
Defense folds; says they won't argue to have R. Samuels testify regarding expressive versus instrumental homicide.
Still have a 30-minute wait to 11:00 a.m. when jury is to arrive.
We are back in the court - the jury is not here until 11:00 . . . . defense has agreed to not present the slides on expressive vs. instrumental - (testimony from Friday).
JA is talking with the deputy briefly . . . .
Sidebar
Court is in recess until 11:00
Wilmot & Rhard Samuels . . . .
he read the summary article on Transient Global Amnesia . .
apparently immersion into hot or cold water can cause TGA . . . .
3-8 per 100,000 - small number but regularly reported
relatively minor shock to the system can cause
JA does not suffer from this type of amnesia . .. the type that JA suffers from is..
objection sidebar
Before we talk about JA . . . lets talk about Disociative amnesia . . ..
Hippocampus . . .. . memory cannot be formed
trauma like killing or bomb going off - likely flooding of hippocampus - thus memory cannot be formed . . .
Wilmot showing him a slide . . . ask this be moved into evidence
JM objects - we ruled on that last week I would ask that this be denied.
Wimot asks to appoach
Acute stress
signals flow into the Amygdala. . . flood of adrenaline, increase blood pressure, tends to shut down grey matter - surrounds the brain fight or flight mode. . . ..
light green area Hippocampus - seed of memory - long term memory doesn't reside here but .. . . . .a redundancy built into the coding . . . if no encoding - no memory
according to research more intense and more finite the amnesia .. . .perhaps I could drawa diagram? I will hand this to you . .. .initial it
exhibit #530 . .. .
memory function . . . reverse bell shaped curve . . . . . over time
memory function eventually returns . . ..
stressful situation is over - chemicals stop flowing into hippocampus and eventually washed out see a gradual increase . . . not like alight switch - no on/off,
if memory is not there - they willnot come back - they are not there . . . . but flashes of events may come thru . . . .. disassoiative amnesia - more intense the crime the more complete amnesia - loss is greater - most is not remembmered - no just some of it . .. .
he spent 12 times over 25 to 30 hours with her, not including testing time .. .. he met with her first on Thursday -she did not really tell the truth - telling us about strangers . . . at sometime Nurmi and he went to confront her . . .
he said she lied . . . . told 2nd story (not necessarily the truth)
She dropped the camera which was consistent . ..
object - he can't tell consistent
approach
Wilmot . . when she talksto you on different occasions are her memories consistent?
yes
ultimately lead youto conclusion to the amnesia she might have
it appears she may have disassociative amnesia. . .
most of the times recovered memory is described as foggy & hazy
(JA mouths Thank You IMO)
sometime bit and pieces of memory canbe retrieved . . . . he hasdone work with LEO in recovery of memory - it is rarely prodctive
memory never stored intothe grey matter - never encoded - once it is gone - it is gone
thoughts of intrusive thoughts come into the actors . . . . understudy's train of thught . .. . beginning of traumatic event . . . she reported being chased, threatening her life, at the end she began to become reconnected to her environment . . . . . bloody in the desert intrusive memories you can't really control them - they justpop up
Your education work and profession - re: psychology, and medical doctors - can complaints be made? yes . . . . in fieldof psychology complaints tend tocluster around custody cases . . .. . I know that happened to me . . ... I read the board of psychology - board actions against certain people - more often than ina different area -commonly discussed among different areas - custody evaluations
object - lack of foundation
approach please
Always one winner and one loser in custody complaints - in 1994 or 1995 - custody eval - acrimonious divorce - psychologist, lawyers, a big mess . . . .. gentleman came to eval but the mother did not . . . .. he reported positive for the DAD - but since he never evaluate the Mother - she came later and no contra-indications for eitherparent . . . . the man called in tears - begging for Dr. to see him for therapist- he formally resigned as custody evaluator - started to see this gentleman - he was going bankrupt - according to the American psychological manual - professional to professional bartering was ok - he reported - testifying as a therapist . . . other complications but h won't go into it . ... . the bar approached him and unbeknownst to him the State of NJ had changed the ruling from the standard all over the US. . . . . . the wife and he Atty boyfriend sued him - NJ Board fined him $2500 - letter went out to American Psychology Assoc - .. .. . AZ board exhonorated him 13 to none . . . ..
this woman has made many complaints to the board on otherprofessionals- he does not do custody evals anymore.
coming to AZ in 1998 = sexually violent . . . .he does these types of evals.
approach
Noon recess .. . . . jury is excused.
Judge did not stand for the jury . . . . . she looks pizzed! Dr. Samuels you will step down - counsel I will see you in chambers.
Wilmot and Judge having a long discussion - Judge has removed her reading glasses . .. . . JM overlooking their conversation and periodically looking around the courtroom . . . .JA is hiding behind her fist doing the "thinker" pose . . .
There appear to be a couple of empty seats behind JA's Mom & Aunt (against/near the back wall)
Nurmi is bent over whispering to JA near her ear . . . she appears to be listening intently . . . . JM is patiently waiting . . . took a long sigh . . .
judge is writing notes. . .
JA appears to be holding her breath an looking somewhat in shock (?IMO)
she is looking down - turing around to talk to mitigation specialist . . . JA whispering and the Mitigation specialist is smiling - as se leaves - JA is smiling back @ her.
not quite sure what we are waiting on . . .
JA scratching behind her left ear . . . .
examining her hangnails . . . .
she is picking @ her fingernails . . . .
now JA is reading or drawing?
mitigation specialist appears to be texting someone.
Wilmot entered just ahead of Dr. Samuels . . . please bring in the jury.
Wimot approaches the front- all stand, dr. Samuels takes the stand . . .
General experience on sexual risk assessment, sexual abuse/molestation and determine relative risk of the perpetrators . . . .AZ recently passed sexually violent Perpetrator law - to determine if perp who is about to be released from incarceration for sexually deviant individuals and see if they are a risk if let out.
He has worked with people who were involved with this . . . 5 year attendance @ special hospital and incarceration - treated them in NJ(?) . . . .
he has read a tremendous amount on the subject of sexual deviancy . . . .
family members would tend to protect the accused except in cases of pediphelia - child molestation cases - supportive work needed to be done with the family as well .
There might not be a phone call made to LEO to report it, spouses may make up excuses even when their own child was molested - to protect or coverup child molestation.
Switching to a different area . . . . read all of JA's journals started in Jr. High or High School and regularly journaled . . .. she looked @ world thru rose colored glasses and accentuated the positive always.
When TA broke up with her in Jan 2008 . . . . exhibit #456 - journal entry from 1/24/08 based on Dr's examination this is just days after TA broke her finger.
Objection . . ..
not complete entry for 1/24/08 - overruled
partial entry - nothing noteworthy to report . . . .
she actually goes on to speak of TA - in the orange highlighted part - he frustrates me, and I love love love him . . .
she speaks back and forth about him - she is haunted by him - but cannot marry him . . . I can't quite put my finger on it but something is just off with that boy - there are certain things that are just not right about that boy.
just days after he broke her finger -
this journal entry - consistent with how she would regularly write in her journals - whenever she would write about TA it was very postivie and if negative it was because she did something to displease him . . .never saw a detailed negative thing.
she talked about the law of attraction - what JA believe it to be . .
object - counsel approach
JA spoke to Dr. Samuels about Law of Attraction - if you put out positive experiences, vibes, and expressing goals you have in life . . . part of what JA was learning in the PPL . . . her journaling in law of attraction - many many times. . . .
something wrong with that boy . . . law of attraction with not being too negative.
Effects it has on people . . . PTSd . . . .everyone who experiences severe trauma often lead to PTsd? no . . .typically one of the characteristics people who are diagnosed share a common sense of symptoms . . . an atypical stressor out of the norm of experiences . . . . criteria is very specific . . . if you have been diagnosed with PTsd you share a criteria with the other people who have been diagnosed the same. . . not everybody is exactly the same . . . 5 of 7 criteria but stressors are not the same - criteria met.
new current research -can someone who is involved in harming another develop PTsd? . . . even though I saw that while treating former LEO's . . . research is relatively new . . .
people can develop PTsd from being perp.
Her PTsd score was very low . . . . . from her experiences, growing up, her parents, etc - she was suffering from very low self-esteem . . . . over the years I found her personality seemed to strengthen became more assertive and able to communicate more frequently. . . .she was not always like that some days she was depressed, outgoing - other days apprehensive . . .. over time . . .thorough eval with a report with a diagnosis. .. . . spent several interview sessions - develop rapport, she was in an acute state of denial and not able to share what really happened - she shared what we believe to be the true story - she developed an alternative to the story and that has some basis in facts . . . .
when spend time with her is there therapy? . . .. not when you are doing evaluation - I had to restrain myself from therapy . . . . no therapy . . . .I did see some improvements and changes
things are different now than when I used to practice . . . ideal to see her twice week, then once a week, then twice monthly, then once monthly then every 6 weeks . . .
PTSD - have to do with emotions? .. . .yes one characteristics is blunted affect - an emotive state that does not seem to jive with what they are talking about - emotive distance
can't tell you what structure of the brain makes this happen . . . . feeling of detachment and disconnected . . ..
do they have the detachment when talking about the experience that caused PTSd . . . . yes quite common in this disorder
additional stress have effect on someone with PTSD . . .difficult for a soldier to talk about particular experience . .. one would not just dive in there and talk about this experience because that could be very detrimental. . . . . could Ms. Arias . . ..
testifying for anyone could be stressful . . . add stress with ptSD . . . contribute to blunted affect? . . . .it has the potential possible illicit specific thoughts . . . . generally speaking
detachment a defense mechanism? . . . can be to block individual psychological contact . . . . amnesia can sometimes be a help .. . .amnesia is prescribed by the brain . . .but the person puts distance between selves and the actual thing that happened.
Derealization? evidence of that in JA? . . .the intruders was a disconnect with reality
how about her leaving a voicemail on tA's after she had killed her . . . distancing herself from being involved that day - puts a barrier between self and the act strange but it does happen
depersonal . . . . another way of the mind trying to put psychological distance between itself and the stress event . . . . she did not confide in her mother or father . . . . no where to turn to . . . .
she spoke to Leslie Udy . . . wish kids to play together (TA & JA) borders on ?
function as alternative reality was reality . . .
JA sent flowers to TA's grandmother - along with same type of behavior - there may have been some sorrow on her part too . . . . same thing I was discussing earlier with regard to JA
tremors and shaking . .. . he noticed sometimes she was shaking at times usually content related . . .. he is reading from DSM4 criteria . .. already marked . . . he did not bring the actual red book (DSM-IV) that was marked into evidence last week an he was given back to take with him . . . he brought a portable version - doesn't have the explanatory text - but this you can carry around . . .
in PTsd shaking and tremors can fall into that particular criteria - a person responds physiologically -- (JA' is biting her nails today looking very pale)
other internal cues - he did observe her shaking . . . not epileptic type much milder - you might not notice it . . . . . . if her hand was down probably would not notice it as much . . . she did tell sometimes she would shake - shaking began around 2007 if he was venturing a guess . . . when tA would get angry @ her an yell @ her . . .
times when Dr. saw her shaking ./ / /I didn't get around tothat . . . . I didn't play with that - I didn't do an experiment to see . . . . didn't have time for that . .. .
shaking a form of elevated anxiety? yes can be a form of anxiety - a characteristic of PTsd
when men yell or raise their voice that causes her stress and anxiety . . . she told Dr. of this . . . if a man is upset with her she feels most anxious and she shakes . . . this type of anxiety or stress is different than June 4th? yes this is normal anxiety people experience frequently . .. jittery knee, scratch their head, heartrate go up, hands get clammy,
problem with finding words? . . .yes many have cognitive function . . . word finding - common occuance stage fright . . . just prior to performance - performance anxiety - someone who might forget their lines . . . they might
is this someone who should get mental treatment for? . . . if it interferes with their life . . . when the issue disrupts flow of life - creates problems. . . .can' get on bus, light rail, or car to go somewhere.
people with having problem standing up and talking in front of a group of people . . . no some anxiety is helpful for people for experiences later in life
what you know happened on June 4th is based upon what? . . . crime scene photos, police reports, at least one detective report, interviews with detectives - video-recording . . . watched those . . ..
looking @ the photo - you don't know but you gathered from all of the
objection
approach
5:28 PM
Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer
Two female jurors in the back row are whispering to each other and laughing. A male juror is staring at the gallery. The rest seem bored.
5:32 PM
Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer
Judge Stephens is emphatically bobbing her head up and own as she talks to Willmott.
Dr. Samuels she was in a state of acute stress . . . . there was a certain irrationality . . . .
no gun @ the scene, camera was found in a washer @ the scene - the SD was still inside and not trampled or ruined in anyway . .. she took rope used to tie her up earier in the day . . .
crime scene photos - what does that tell you about whether a struggle occurred . .
objection he is not a blood spatter expert
fact there was spatter indicated there was movement of blood
objection - he is not an expert
judge - he does not have to be an expert to know blood had moved
approach
crime scene area in bath and the hall . . . JA's handprint left on the wall, her hair was found, there were pictures of JA . . . . ultimately TA's body was found in the tub in the shower . . .
based upon reading . . .. someone size of JA to put someone the size of TA in the shower?
objection
do you know if it would take strength to lift someone heavier than they are
yes it would take a great deal of strength excessive strength . . . .
when you met JA in Dec. 2009 . . . see photos of what she looked like in 2008? yes
was TA bigger than JA?? yes . . . someone who issmaller able to pick up someone who is bigger would take strength . . . .
objection he cannot testify to this it is not his area of expertise
Judge can we not have speaking objections
approach
to the Dr. it would take a great deal of strength -
to make a move of a body under those conditions.
Earlier you testified about Mother who able to lift car off their child under great deal strength . . . . it would suggest to Dr. she was indeedin a state of acute stress . . . she was in a flight or fight mode.
