I am presuming the tip was from someone who knew what happened to the deceased and not someone who just stumbled across it.
Every time I hear of a body being found I think of Heather Elvis. Too far away though. JMO

Excellent someone cracked and told! Now to identify this poor soul and allow their family to have closure. I hope either it was the person responsible that could not live with the guilt and or whomever revealed this provided the information necessary to make a case against whomever did.

A coroner performed an autopsy Monday and determined the person was a Seaside resident, 55-year-old Michael Paul Verga.

Detectives said they consider Verga's death suspicious....I suppose they feel he did not bury himself..
