Both the State and Oscar Pistorius’ defence team will be entering the ring at the Pretoria High Court on Tuesday as round two begins – the battle for and against the leave to appeal of the “Blade Runner’s” sentence and conviction.

Anyone know how long this leave to appeal will take? Will we have an answer within a day or so or is this going to be one of those scenarios where we have days on end of arguments followed by a few days for Masipa to consider her decision?

Greetings to everyone from the cloudy Blue Mountains of Sydney. We've just had 11 consecutive days of thunderstorms, sometimes 2 or even 3 times a day!!!
