Great ..then we can apply that standard to EVERYONE then since NO ONE has been cleared and this is a missing person's case.
LE has not named a POI or SUSPECT in the Disappearance of CM

One thing that everyone can say about me here is I tend to post links for the majority of my posts here for this case.
As far as my point ..... Is to really break down the information .

Back to the "leave the door unlocked" text (please don't bring out a dead horse).. It just bugs me... it was sent at exactly the time EA is seen leaving.. Maybe it was sent by EA as a diversionary tactic, to make everyone think CM was headed that way (to Ft Worth)..? Again, this topic may have been worn out before I started following WS...
 
According to the only Fort Worth police report from her address in the past year, Morris, who lives in the 4000 block of Lafayette
Avenue near Camp Bowie Boulevard, reported a theft from her house March 25.
According to the police report, she let a male friend of eight years stay there between 3 a.m. and 3 p.m. Morris told police that her
friend had a “drastic personality change” that came out of nowhere and started calling her “Nick” before asking for a shower.
Because she didn’t have water or electricity, a neighbor let him shower at his or her place, but after starting the shower, he took off
down the street, the report says. According to the report, Morris returned home to find her purse stolen and her home ransacked.
All her belongings were later recovered behind a frame store on Camp Bowie, with the exception of her Social Security card, the
report says.

SUMMARY NARRATIVE
Between the hours of 0300 to 1500 on 03/25/2014, Tuesday,, Victim 1 allowed a friend, Sus. 1, to stay over at her residence.
Victim 1 said that there was a drastic personality change in Sus. 1 which came on suddenly. Victim 1 said that Sus. 1 didnt know who
she was, and kept calling her Nick, and asked for a shower. Due to no water or electricity at Victim 's res., a neighbor allowed him
to show there. Victim 1 said Sus. 1 started the shower, and left running down the street, allowing the tub to run over in neighbor's
res. Victim 1 said that Sus. 1 was in the residence and did have access to the same room where her purse was. She also stated that

she believes that it was Sus. 1 who tore up her residence and ransacked it. She checked her res., and found the above stolen and
stolen/recovered property missing. A business owner at 3901 Camp Bowie Blvd found the above-listed stolen/recovered property
behind his business/Fast Frames, and called police. This officer recovered all the above-listed stolen/recovered property, with the
exception of the Victim 1's social security card, which remains stolen. Sus. 1 has been a friend of Victim 1 for approx. 8 years, and
he is known to hang around skate parks, like the one in Allen TX, the Allen Skate Park.

Agreed. If I was truly on my way home and had no way to get into the house, I would not text my "sleeping" boyfriend to leave the door unlocked. Makes no sense?
It was either a code sent by someone other than her, her saying that knowing she wouldn't be heading home, or a way to implement HF...by putting Christina on her way home to him.

Scenario 1: Sent by CM from EA's phone while in his car because she thought he was taking her home.
(I don't think she did because I think she intended to drive herself home.)

Scenario 2: Sent by EA to HF as a hidden message.
(Possibly? I just don't know.)

Has anyone matched time stamps from the video cameras & cell phones? All of these details are such narrow time frames that 1 minute can make a big difference.
 
Txyorkiemom So he was obviously messed up on drugs. What is your point? She was surounded by druggies. This guy stole her stuff to buy more drugs.

So this IS crazy. Do we know that the person "Suspect 1" was ever caught and charged?? It says she knew him for eight years and so that would mean since 2006-ish so it would be a high school friend maybe?
 
Amphetamine salts = adderall. She had an rx for adderall? Def not a good mix for migraines, imo.

Hmmmm...3:36 to 3:58 is 22 minutes. 22 minutes is about how long it supposedly takes/took to walk from apartment to the parking garage...

Sure a lot of things that make a person go hmmmmm....

SUMMARY NARRATIVE
Between the hours of 0300 to 1500 on 03/25/2014, Tuesday,, Victim 1 allowed a friend, Sus. 1, to stay over at her residence.
Victim 1 said that there was a drastic personality change in Sus. 1 which came on suddenly. Victim 1 said that Sus. 1 didnt know who
she was, and kept calling her Nick, and asked for a shower. Due to no water or electricity at Victim 's res., a neighbor allowed him
to show there. Victim 1 said Sus. 1 started the shower, and left running down the street, allowing the tub to run over in neighbor's
res. Victim 1 said that Sus. 1 was in the residence and did have access to the same room where her purse was. She also stated that

she believes that it was Sus. 1 who tore up her residence and ransacked it. She checked her res., and found the above stolen and
stolen/recovered property missing. A business owner at 3901 Camp Bowie Blvd found the above-listed stolen/recovered property
behind his business/Fast Frames, and called police. This officer recovered all the above-listed stolen/recovered property, with the
exception of the Victim 1's social security card, which remains stolen. Sus. 1 has been a friend of Victim 1 for approx. 8 years, and
he is known to hang around skate parks, like the one in Allen TX, the Allen Skate Park.

It was either a code sent by someone other than her, her saying that knowing she wouldn't be heading home, or a way to implement HF...by putting Christina on her way home to him.

I agree. Especially if she was unable to get ahold of him for quite a while prior to leaving. I also suspect she knew his habits of being out at all hours that she wouldn't even assume he was home. So she wouldn't have gotten in EAs car with the intent of him driving her home. She needed a way to get in. So if she got in his car willingly, my bet is on her intending to go to her dad's, or EA convinced her to go to his house for a couple hours to sleep until it was a reasonable time for him to drive her over to her dad's.

But we think she had her car keys, right? The circles keep going & they keep circling around EA… JMO

Betrayal and Theft , Ransacked..also kept her Social Security card?? ID theft possible too!!
 
So what is your take on this report, TYM? I think you said it would point to some important info or something like that. How does it not give the name of the suspect??? Would that not be in the report?

This would definitely cause the tension MM mentions. But it seems like it would be more than this.

HF never gave a statement that was used in the search warrant for Arochi's car. (Is that the warrant you are talking about? You said "arrest affidavit" so I am not sure)
