The man (BS) voluntarily gave a DNA sample (I'm not entirely certain that I would have done that, if I was innocent). To me, that says a lot that he did that. I dont' think it is mandatory unless the man was charged. He did it in the hope of clearing his name. If they had something on him, for sure they would arrest and incarcerate him, since protecting other children would be paramount. I don't believe that LE could take the chance that other children might be injured or worse, just because they wanted more potential clues. If that were the case, and they didn't arrest him even though they had some kind of evidence that he did something with WT, and another child went missing, they would likely be sued for negligence. I can't help thinking that someone with bitterness toward him, perhaps from his own extended family, called in the anonymous tip. MOO
unless theyre watching him, waiting for him to lead to something bigger.
maybe forensics arent back yet, sometimes they send evidence to the uk for specialist testing too?
bs would know if there was anything to find and probably sweat it out and lie low waiting for a possible arrest, you would think if he knew there was nothing linking him to william he would be yelling his innocence from the rooftops etc, unless his lawyer has told him to keep a low profile
