So this is a nutter that is mad at the cops because he got arrested 3x for Domestic Violence, lost custody of his child, and now he has hunkered down in an armored van, and is exchanging gunfire with the Dallas PD?

The hunt for a Dallas man who allegedly threatened to kill family members and possibly more has ended.

33-year old James Lance Boulware was captured around 11:30 Wednesday morning at the Three Oaks Shopping Center in Paris.

Boulware also made a vague threat about churches and schools in the area. Police say he'd been on the run for nearly a day and had taken several weapons from his brother's home in Paris.

"Found out that the guy had come in and loaded up a bunch of his own personal firearms, ammunition and some kind of body armor." said Paris Police Chief Bob Hundley.

Family members say they spoken with Boulware on a face-time phone call yesterday and during that call he made dangerous threats.

Updates: South Side on Lamar evacuated after bomb found
WFAA Staff, WFAA 4:32 a.m. CDT June 13, 2015

DALLAS – One or more suspects are in a standoff with Dallas police after launching an apparent attack on the department's headquarters before leading officers on a chase.

Police evacuated the South Side on Lamar apartment complex across the street from Dallas police headquarters in the 1400 block of South Lamar after one or more bombs were discovered outside DPD HQ.

According to Dallas Police Chief David Brown, four suspicious bags were found outside the building and the department's bomb squad has confirmed at least one of the bags contained one or more pipe bombs.

Brown warned if nearby residents hear explosions Saturday night, it may be the bomb squad performing controlled detonations on the suspicious bags.

Have you all watched the bystander video where you hear a bullet whiz past him? Insane!

CNN now going wall-to-wall with this. Up next Tom Fuentes will weigh-in on this major story.

This is evolving into a MAJOR MAJOR news story. Thankfully no innocents have been killed so far. Lets hope it stays this way.
