The Harris County Medical Examiner’s was on the scene Monday of a death investigation in north Harris County.
A homeless man said he went to find shelter in a wooded area adjacent to a car wash and apartment complex along Cypress Station Drive near Butterfield Road. The man, who didn’t want to be identified, said he discovered the skeletal remains late Monday morning.

~~

he Harris County Sheriff’s Office homicide investigators had the area sealed off in crime scene tape. Authorities said it’s too early to tell if the remains of a man or a woman, and or speculate about the circumstances of the person’s death.

Just came across TJ's story today and this thread seems to stop abruptly with a report of a body found. I cannot find out if this body was identified OR if TJ was ever found. Does anyone know? TIA
Oh, in following TJ's thread it was startling to see how many young men's bodies have been found in that area. So Sad.
The body found was a white female, 18-25. TJ is always on my radar.

"A Brother's Story, Still Searching for Answers"

http://www.nbcnews.com/feature/cold-case-spotlight/brothers-story-n359901

Investigators with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office told KHOU in 2012 they suspected foul play in the disappearance. Lt. Brady Fitzgerald told Dateline that detectives are still working the case, but more answers need to be found. "It's frustrating for the family because we know they need answers. The case is still active though although there has not been a lot of activity in it the past year," Lt. Fitzgerald said.

Testing .. . .. I just did a post and it went poof.

On Wednesday night, 8/25/15, remains were found in deep woods of a wooded area behind Rayford Road in Montgomery County, TX.

Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were called and they treated the scene/area like a crime scene

The remains have been taken to Montgomery County Forensics.

I am very familiar with The Woodlands and Rayford Road (Spring, Tx) Texas areas. I hope these remains are TJ Murray. TJ's family needs closure.

As many of us know who followed TJ's case, he went missing on October 19, 2011 from a sports bar in the Rayford Road area

Here are several articles from the news media in Houston and Bryan/College Station, TX.

Bones found in wooded area of Montgomery County

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
As this story unfolds, I will keep this updated!
If these bones are human then I think it will turn out to be him. They are very close to where he was last seen. Here is a map that someone did up thread. Just scroll to the right to see where Rayford and Lazy Ln intersect.
Agreed, very close. Sometimes remains turn out to be someone we don't even know about.
Also missing from the general area are Danielle Sleeper (Montgomery), Kyle Rugg (Livingston/Katy), and Alexandria Lowitzer (Spring). I45 could be possibly relevant in any of these cases imo, while not as close to TJ's last seen location.
Brian Orolin is also missing from the Spring area:
Hello all, I’m new to web sleuths, so please bare with me J
I wanted to comment on this thread because I was raised and still reside in Spring. I went to school with and know TJ and every one else involved in the case. I thought I might be able to shine some light on yall’s questions. First of all, I would like to note that I know nothing more than any one else, however, I am the same age as TJ and we all hung out in the same widespread circle, so I do have the benefit of hearing the rumors and “word on the street” comments from all of my friends. With that being said, what I “know”, or, really, what I have heard is rumor based (with general information provided by the media and police).
Any way, when TJ first went missing, every one was freaking out and the police, as well as the community and search organizations like Texas Equsearch initiated search parties to help find TJ. His parents (who are wonderful, honest, and caring) were frequently on the news pleading for his safe return and asking for help from the community. As time went on, everyone couldn’t believe that the police had not confirmed that they suspected foul play, considering the circumstances and the failure of TJ’s return. Media on the case slowly dried up and eventually, the police confirmed that they suspect foul play. In my opinion, the police might’ve thought that TJ was just going to show back up, initially. However, I believe that pretty quickly into the investigation, the police began to suspect foul play, which is why they began conducting police search teams of wooded areas and Spring Creek (which we literally all grew up at). In addition, when TJ first went missing, his family was actively involved with conducting searches and media interviews. But, as has been previously mentioned by other viewers of this post, everyone STOPPED talking completely! In my opinion, I believe that the family was directed to stop communicating with the public for the purpose of “maintaining the integrity of the case.” In addition, the facebook page that was created for TJ was extremely busy with commentators who were treating the page as an open forum/discussion to help find TJ. But, any time any one would post anything regarding their theory of his disappearance or discuss the mounting rumors, the posts would be deleted and the administrator of the page would comment that the police are handling the investigation and that the page was not for those discussions. I feel bad because I am not sure how efficient this approach is to actually finding TJ’s remains and discovering what actually happened to him.
