There have been several posts on here about how people are not getting their records and that the phone number for getting records is full. No way to contact.
I don't know how to search, but it is on here many many many times
And again, in the latest article, posted last night. It is the latest post in the media thread.

Why is her name still there, even though both the site and the phone message have been updated since Sievers death? Mark Sievers wasnt available to ask.
The office phone offers a recording that includes his phone number, but his voice mailbox is full and cant take messages.
This presents a challenge for some of Spiskas patients, who havent been able to get copies of their medical records, held in Sievers office, which Mark now manages. All Spiska can tell them is to request the files from Mark, whos legally bound to produce them in a timely way under Florida law, generally understood to be 30 days.
Quote from the citation:
In fact, HIPAA allows providers 30 days to complete a record request. It also allows a single 30-day extension, but the facility must explain the cause of the delay.
