At the start, we heard the mother of the wife of CWW say that he told his wife that he was being "set up." Once CWW realizes that old buddy, old pal is on the outside living his life with no consequence and the screws begin to be turned, that lifelong friendship might not seem as valuable if it can get him a deal.

Amazon. I believe everything you say. You just said SPECIFICALLY that Teresa was en route to divorce MS. How is it that you know that?:
A.) Are you surmising/musing/guessing that Teresa wanted to divorce MS--e.g., just adding 2+2, since T has been murdered and CWW is charged right now with 2nd degree murder of T?; OR
B.) Did either T tell you things herself?; OR
C.) Did T tell 1 or more others that she was on her way to divorcing MS?; OR
D.) Perhaps you or 1 or more others (her closest fam' members, such as a close sis', or a Bestie') observed that T was NOT in a happy state by being married to MS?

I could have sworn that AmazonRain said in an earlier post that she was simply putting forth a THEORY and that TS NEVER confided in her that she was unhappy in her marriage or planning to leave. I don't know where or when she posted that, but before we assume that what she wrote recently is other than theory (worded as fact this time), perhaps we need AR to clarify what she knows (then or now) about Teresa's intentions. I know how easy it is to write in "shorthand" and assume I will be understood, so I'm in no way faulting AR for any confusion. Maybe I'm the one remembering wrong.

I can only speak to what Teresa said and that was ZERO about someone named Wayne or Curtis. This was the case for not only me but for others within her inner circle. I spoke to Teresa about her practice REGULARLY - it was always a piece of our conversations. She never mentioned LS by name to me but did speak of an "energy healer." She spoke of her nurse SH. But she never mentioned Wayne or a "computer guy." Similarly, she never mentioned a best friend of Mark's. So, my best guess is that Teresa only knew Wayne insignificantly or not at all. She may have known him as a friend of Marks (but maybe not). She may have known him as the computer guy (but maybe not). The key here is that she never mentioned him so, because of that, he did not play a significant role in her world. This is my educated opinion.
 
To be clear, I was never told by TS that she wanted out of her marriage. That is my theory. But ask yourself this - do you have a very good friend that you speak to about life and love and family and work? Even if that friend doesn't tell you everything as it is happening, do you notice subtle changes? Do you notice changes in patterns or behavior that suggest something to you? Do you push your friend to talk or do you wait until your friend is ready to talk, particularly when your friend is not someone who holds her tongue but is a private individual who shares things when she is ready? Good friends know each other and tell each other things.
It is my theory (based on empirical and/or circumstantial evidence) that Teresa was moving towards a different life for herself and that life might not have included MS. It is also my theory that MS may have been aware of this as well - and that was the beginning of the end. Unfortunately, Teresa had no idea that she was living with a monster who had close associations with a murderer. THIS IS MY OPINION. I pray everyday that the girls stay safe until they are in the care of Teresa's family and friends, please pray for this too.
 
Thanks so much for clarifying AR. I tend to agree with your theory and opinion. Some seemed to be taking it as fact, as if Teresa had told you she was planning to leave, so it's good to get back on track about what we know vs what we "know." And again, thank you for being here so bravely!

There is DEFINITELY a subset of not-happily married pairs in which one of them wants to murder the other one - - out of contempt, FOR MONEY. Remember Laci Peterson's mom, "Why? Why? (Scott P) There was ALWAYS divorce!"

There are a whole lot of red flags as to MS: One that very much stands out to me was his statement to all the patients, at one point so very close in time to the terrible murder, that he expected to have a replacement doctor 'by the end of the week' !!!! Ugh - downright turns my stomach... So svengali-like, so sinister IMO. IMO had MS gotten some doc', it's clear who was going to be the one in charge of ALL money.... IMO

Did Teresa use Facebook? If she did she had to have seen her husbands Facebook and the CWW wedding photos. MS went across state lines to attend that wedding and would have to have told Teresa something about his absence.

I got the impression they were BFF's and very closely connected in business? They did all those videos and seminars and classes together. She was the "East to her West" etc. etc. etc. That puzzles me that she would only refer to her by "energy healer". Do you know how long they were working together?

JMO from looking at TS's Facebook, it was probably set up for professional purposes but not regularly used/updated. TS was probably too busy for FB. I'm sure she knew that MS was going to a wedding in MO, but I doubt she saw those pictures because she was not friends with the person who created the album, and MS was not 'tagged' in any of the pics in that set.

Not to hijack this question for AZ, but just my two cents: perhaps TS referred to LS in that way because AZ isn't a patient, has not met LS. In other words, easier for the sake conversation with personal friends to refer to work colleagues as 'the energy healer' or 'my assistant', 'my boss' than refer to them by name only to be asked a clarifying WHO? May be more simple to say "energy healer" because that's how LS fit into the practice.
 
Just as TS's family is divided about MS's involvement, I think we at WS's are too. But the margin here is definitely 99% involved to 1% of not involved. (me) :giggle:

It appears CWW's next job was manufacturing meth, and that came to an end in December 2010. Although he was sentenced to 6 yrs in prison, he only ended up serving 4 months and a fine of $46.00 Now that's a head scratcher. Corrupt little town perhaps?, I beginning to wonder.

Then, while reading the Bolin Investigation CWW's ex-wife said that he pretends to like people that he really doesn't, like Ronnie Bolin.

I think it is quite possible that CWW has framed MS to look guilty of having his wife killed while he was "conveniently" out of the state. CWW knows they always suspect the husband. And the planning begins. CWW has know since March the Sievers itinerary for June, and lured little buddy Rodgers into a friendship. Rogers I'm sure looked up to Wayne as more of a father figure, having lost both parents at such a young age.
For all we know, it was only in March when CWW listed/requested Mark as his brother on FB. And another part of his scheme could be asking Mark to be in his 3rd wedding. (he's always thinking)

All I know for sure is if CWW was trying to set MS up, he has succeeded. At least in the court of public opinion.
There has to be a reason everyone in Missouri is afraid of this man.

IMO ~ Everything Mark does looks suspicious to people. I don't think he can win, no matter what he does. I think we are all using the term BFF too loosely. :whiteflag: :couch: :bricks:

During the nearly 4 years that I was a patient, Dr. Sievers only mentioned LS to me once.

I don't buy this theory for a minute. First of all, why would you try to set up a person that you know will have a solid alibi? Seems to me you would set him up here in Florida at a time when he doesn't have an alibi....doesn't make sense.
....And, if they were trying to set MS up, why does all of the evidence (so far, that we know of) point right to CWW and JR? They would have to be more stupid than we think. JMO, this was a murder for hire. Who's in jail and who's not?
My theory goes with amazonrain. This was cold and calculating! TS had no idea what and who she was dealing with. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

I totally agree with all you've said and do not understand the theories that do not involve MS, because imo, everything points to MS. Yet, I accept and respect those who believe MS was not involved. I hope and pray daily that the truth will come to light and that all involved are served justice. Most of us never knew Dr. Teresa, but we have taken her in as part of our websleuths family and are determined to see her murderers convicted. I use initials for all involved except for Dr. Teresa and Ronnie Bolin as a small way to show respect for them. Each time I type their names I say a short prayer.
