I'm in San Diego so it's all over here.. I'm trying to find him on social media but no luck so far. Wish I knew where he was from..

Hmm...it doesn't state gender. BTW, thanks for the fb link. I'm in San Diego too.

Just before 10 p.m., San Diego police issued a news release, stating that a minor was booked in juvenile hall in connection to Anna Hernandez's murder. Police would not release the minor's name.

Meanwhile, police said a second suspect, 19-year-old Daniel Flores, is being sought by investigators.

I just spent way too much time creeping on her mutual friends and a. Way too many babies have babies and b. They frequented Mexico to party and c. I cannot find any Daniel Flores that fits the pic. It's especially difficult because we don't know if he lives in San Diego, Mexico or elsewhere. If they want help locating him it'd be great to have something to go on besides a crappy pic.

Hmm...it's strange wording in that first paragraph. They don't mention the gender of the juvenile.

"Police said fugitive Daniel Flores, 19, is wanted in the murder of Anna Hernandez and is known to be armed and dangerous."

Wow, hard to believe the kid posting that stuff is only 14 years old. Definitely caught up in the wrong crowd and paid her life for it.

AGAIN, why are parents not monitoring their kids' social media accounts?????

I think we're all wondering if it's NE, as much as we hate to think it. In CA, being arrested for being an accessory to murder means you weren't there when it happened and didn't know about it until afterward, but helped the killer in some way after it happened. Otherwise a person would be charged with the actual murder or with aiding and abetting in the committing of the murder (which can also be charged if you weren't actually there). There is no charge of "accessory before the fact" in CA anymore.

The help given to the killer by an accessory can involved concealing the killer, helping the killer to escape, hiding evidence, or lying to the police...just a few examples.

Wow, Very glad that Nelly is alive and safe, but also wonder about the arrest.

I'm going to go out on a limb and post this from FB. Based on the comments, I'm quite sure this is the Daniel Flores who is being sought for Anna's murder. Some are hoping he is safe. Others, not so much. Janeth Mendoza posted Nov. 11. His FB page is disgusting.

ETA: I hope LE is monitoring this. Watching comments posted in real time is interesting. There's one person who is sure he is safe.
