Thought about Missy the other night when I was helping to decorate a school at night for a dance the next night. I had to go upstairs alone to a supply closet, it was dark and the long, tiled hallways reminded me of Missy's last walk. She was alone in the dark hallway, thunderstorms, weird texts, acting strange recently, I think she was taken down very easily. I am guessing she may have been slightly apprehensive being alone especially if she recently bought a gun for protection. That being said, I think she brought the gun in with her. Just my opinion but what other time was she completely alone? If there were a time to carry a gun for safety, it was these early morning classes where she was a lone for a period of time. At 5' 3" Missy was tiny, and a perp who lays in wait has the position of power over whoever came in that hallway. I think he came out of the dark area (hallway?) near the bulletin boards and not out of a door unless perp left door open. I tend to think not since perp likely knew that Missy had a gun with her and planned on using it against her along with his hammer, etc if necessary. Perp planned for many things, for the cameras, for a counter attack, covered his shoes with cover to disguise shoe size, type and tracks, covered hair and face, protected self very well, perp knew she had a gun and he would not have to go get one which may be traced. My opinion but perp knew way too many things to make this anything other than personal. RIP Missy, I was scared in a dark hallway with a school full of people downstairs, I can't imagine your last moments.
