NOT THAT my notes are as good as TC probably but here is what I took yesterday @ the trial.

I got there when the detective was being asked questions about EA on the tollway.

-Detective believes EA going westbound on tollway
-EA atty "You don't KNOW though do you?"
-Detective "Cell phone records make me believe he was going westbound."
- EA atty says pings don't mean he was going westbound and they have NO footage of him on the tollway going westbound.
- Detective says he def believes this was a kidnapping.
-Ea attorney says something to the effect of "Was there ANY evidence AT ALL of a sexual assault?"
State objects.
Jury leaves
They discuss how the investigator was involved in the other case of EA w sex assault as well as how he found the deviant *advertiser censored* and interviewed ex about being choked during sex.
-EA atty suggests maybe he can change the wording to "OCCURRED" instead of "ANY evidence at all"
-Judge chuckles and says state doesn't have to prove a sexual assault took place- lets them discuss and he will come back.


EA attorney decided not to ask the question at all.
