I've taken Glenmore to Deerfoot past Balzac and to Airdrie literally hundreds of times. I went to HS in Airdrie. Had a LOT of really awful things happen to me there. Not my favorite town.

It is impossible for DG to be in the shower at 7:15 am if he's on the road at 7:20 am. IMO the Elder Garland's testimony is off and I don't believe intentionally. It's just not correct.

If the 7:20 video is from the weigh station again he would have left his farm around 7am.

What am I missing?

The Elder Garland's are Crown Witnesses. They testify that DG was in the shower at 7:00 am. Defence crosses and suggests that DG was in the shower at 7:15. AG agrees that it was 7:15 am.

I might have just answered my own question. The suggestion of 7:15 am that DG is showering, makes it impossible for him to be driving at 7:20 am.

This is weird because, if I'm not mistaken, it said that the green truck went down the Liknes street at 7:43 (or so) and immediately left but it doesn't show up on video again until 8:30 only a few blocks away (McDonalds/Tim Hortons.) Where was the truck for almost 45 minutes?

Notice how he parked away from all the other cars? IMO he didn't want anyone to look inside or the back of his truck.

This is also interesting because I thought that the Therapist's office said that Garland was 30 minutes late for his appointment. If the appointments are for 8am, he should have been there at 8:30 based on that but the video shows the truck arriving after 9am?
