My two cents. This guy has done it before, and may very well have killed Jackie Watts. I think this guy lives in Indianapolis. Delphi is a day trip from Indy and Columbus is also a day trip from there, but in the opposite direction. He's staying away from the heat. We'll see what they say about Jackie, but I think he's another ted bundy. i.e. serial killer. It's amazing how anonymous you can be in the city. Much more so than living in a small town.

Nothing new or interesting imo. The host stated the police were "desperately" trying to solve the case. Indiana State Police did a short interview saying that they are looking for "a suspect and or suspects".

Sadly, it sounds like they have nothing.

I finally got permission to discuss this on here, and I'll try to include as much information as I can. Hopefully it'll give us some new things to research.

I have been looking at a wanted child molester who is listed on both Crime Stoppers and Indy's most wanted. His name is Justin Wildey, he's 40 yr. old, 6'3" and 220# with short dark blond hair, a mustache and possibly a beard (he's had at least some facial hair in every picture I've seen of him. He's from Indianapolis and has been wanted since January 30th.

He's a single father, but appears to still have a girlfriend; I don't know if she's the mother of his daughters or not, and I don't know if he has full or joint custody. I have seen 3 daughters, and they have light hair, one of them seems to be in her early teens. He works for a trucking company, but has only been there since November. If he does work as a driver, he most likely has had experience somewhere else because it's hard to get hired without any.

He has lived in Indianapolis, Indiana, Greenwood, Indiana, New Richmond, Ohio, Fort Bliss, Texas, El Paso, Texas, Anoka, Minnesota, Elk River, Minnesota and Bethel, Ohio that I know of, and I've been trying to find unsolved cases in or near any of those places. Unfortunately, I don't know what years he lived in each place, so I'd love it if someone could figure that out.

If I think of anything I've missed, I'll add it later.

Since this is a criminal law enforcement is looking for in Indiana I gave permission to Confusion to post the information.

Justin Wildey is open for sleuthing but absolutely no one else connected to him no matter how remote.

I am not suggesting he is guilty of this crime but since he is a wanted criminal, his crime is a sexual crime against children and Indiana is one of his stomping grounds we should allow a discussion.

Out of curiosity, is there a reason why this guy was picked in particular? Other than the charges, which I understand, is there something else? I couldn't find much online as far as when they occurred or anything like that.

im new here and have read most of the thread's. there's one thing i haven't seen. does anyone notice in the pic's of the guy on the bridge, his peculiar walk? how his leg's are swinging side to side instead of back and forth? i dont mean litterly side to side , but he has a walk that i have seen on very few people. lol, am i making sense?

There are a couple good gif's that people have made. Someone actually started with the second picture and placed the first one after it and it didn't look as strange. It actually looked as if he was changing directions. I think maybe the pictures have been posted out of order. It's hard for me to judge how someone walks on that bridge because of the spacing of the rail ties. I'm pretty sure if it were me, I'd look all kinds of crazy walking across that bridge.

More of my two cents. This s.o.b. is going to do it again. This is his crack, it's his heroin. It is a drug to him and he will not stop. He can't stop. He can't control it. In those pics of his, he's high as a kite, because he knows what he's about to do. He will always be looking for his next fix and that will eventually be his downfall. It's pretty clear that the police aren't gonna find him based on the evidence from the A and L case. And sadly that means more people will die. It's early yet, but i believe he killed Jackie Watts. It took them over 30 murders to catch ted bundy and over 50 to catch gary ridgeway. It might take ten or so more to catch this guy. I hope to hell that isn't true, but looking at the past, it's certainly possible. He lives in Indianapolis. That of course is all speculation.
