Northface is expensive. Is that a brand in Florida as it seems it is for colder places. I was from MN and Northface products are super popular

They make more than just winter coats. My husband loves the brand and has hats, t-shirts, a raincoat, and pullovers.

Based on nothing but a hunch, but I think the coat is a bit stylish. It has a slim cut and unusual length. I'm not sure if it's expensive or not, but I think the perp likes to look good and has the shape for wearing clothes well. Again, this is just a hunch, speculation.

Are the things made for warmer climates is my question. The hats, gloves, etc that I know of are for cold places like MN.

I'm thinking more of an indie designer rather than something mainstream. I live in the inner city and we have independent designers who make cool clothes for the urban young people (by "young," I mean under 30). The clothes aren't necessarily expensive in the 'hood. They are street clothes, but not marketing to street criminals - more of the happening, stylish, young crowd who don't come from wealth but are into looking sharp. I COULD BE TOTALLY OFF....but he just has a vibe that seems familiar in that way. I don't see gang or druggie....I see an athlete or dancer, sharp, quick, agile. fit.

Total and complete speculation. JMOpinion at the moment, subject to change.

This looks quite similar, imo (the hood)...

I would venture to guess the body is perhaps more thin, sleek and maybe less padded though?

No. I’m in the Deep South and the items we purchase under that brand name are lighter than what you would find up north.

The things that stands out about it is that there's almost a tubelike reflection in the shape of a C at the collar and over the shoulder, which the Northface seems to have as well.

Northface, I feel, is not trendy in a hip hop way. I don’t think it tries to be trendy in that way.

Thanks for this, just what i had wondered about in an earlier post- if the perp chose his " killing clothes " because of the ability to obscure himself or for style/vanity?
What i am am trying to figure out is if this guy is conscientious about his appearance especially if he is aware ( and i am sure that he is, imo ) that the pics of him would be widely shown in public?
Does he want to create a certain image, ie. " a shadowy man from a shadowy planet" or a secret agent type persona, an assassin, a comic-book character, a" trendy" psychopath ?
Did he wear that coat to hide another set of clothing, or to protect himself from any goriness resulting from apparently killing someone up close?
Wouldn't someone recognize a guy with such a coat, did he borrow it?
speculation, imo.
 
The coat this person has on reminds me of a woman's raincoat. Does not look like it fits correctly either. Or maybe it could be the height being tall and lanky making it look that way to me. Just my own thoughts.
