OK so when I call the 4999 number the message says:

"We're sorry but your service has been suspended due to a past due balance"... "Please enter the wireless number you are calling about". The calls to this number were made on 7/15 from 5:42 to 6:26 p.m.

The logs show an incoming call at 5:33 p.m. and an incoming text at 6:30. Is this known to be the date and time her phone was disconnected and she used Amy's account to make a payment?

Thanks for the others... I'll add the descriptions to the list. Are you 100% confident on the 9899 and 9999 numbers? Only ask because others had speculated something different.

According to a guy I know at ATT, he said these are land line numbers used to transfer multiple data packets (bursts) through the network.
 
Has anyone ID'd 2 calls to GGM's house? In her statement to LE, she was telling them someone had called and left messages on her answering machine.

24 daughter. Somebody's horsing around is what I figured. Well I don't know how
25 much later but it was, then the, within a few days I got another one.
Well I answered the phone and it just went on with a little, same identical thing. So it
2 had to be a recording to get it to sound like that. A little child jibber-jabbering,
3 and which Caylee speaks plain if she's going to speak.

5 SP: You know, she is almost three. She's not just two. I mean she'll be three in...

7 SP: ...a little bit. But, uh, that was two times. So I told Cindy the other day, I said, "If
8 Casey says she heard I hope she could identify Casey, or Caylee," because
9 maybe it was some weird thing like they did to me. Somebody playing something
10 on a, I haven't ever had it, you know, since she's reported missing or anything.

12 SP: But it was during the time, two times.
13 SH: Now this gibber-jabber was not Caylee's voice?
14 SP: See, I wasn't, in a way I wasn't expecting it. But if I said it was Caylee's voice I'm
15 not telling the truth because I don't know. But it sounded like a little kid.
16 SH: But it didn't jump out at you of, oh, this is Caylee. Why is she not talking plain
17 English? It didn't jump out at you like that?
18 SP: I'll tell you the first time it was just a shock.
19 SH: Uh-hum (affirmative)
20 SP: And the second time, as soon as they knew a person answered they played just
21 such a little bit and stopped it. They didn't let it go all the way, you know, like
22 that. And nobody answered when I said hello.

Based on the reliability of the source I will take this as confirmation. I wonder if this would indicate mass texts being sent?

A search of all numbers inbound & outbound from Casey's cell log between the date/times 6/14 6:07PM and 7/17 11:25PM yield no matches with "1469".

Amberjack,

There are days that have periods of inactivity but never full days with no activity. On the 17th there was a period of 3 hours with no activity from 5:23 to 8:23 p.m.

...depending on what you want to define as "no cell phone activity"...

The following are the periods where there was no Casey-initiated-phone-activity >12 hrs. The first line in each pair is the last activity before a break, then the second line is the first activity after the break:

I should add, these are rough. Its going to take more time to figure out how to filter if incoming calls go to vmail or actually get answered by Casey. In some cases above (e.g. 6/24) Casey receives an incoming call w/ a duration of 11 mins @ 9:56AM...before the 11:20AM call she places herself. Still working on it though...the above should give you rough ideas to work from though.

There are (407) and (954) area codes listed for 9999 numbers. Do you mean to include both as "ATT numbers used for transferring data."?

...and, if you'll humor me, what's an example of "transferring data"? I've speculated these are used to send codes to unlock security gates (e.g. apartment/gated community, etc.)...would this fit?

The only call is a text sent by Casey on the morning of 7/16 and IIRC she wasn't in Casey's phone book.

I think we figured out that was the number she called to find out her phone was disconnected due to the past due balance. The number never called Casey as it was always outbound calls by her.
