He would probably like steady work on Issues too.

No Change Of Venue Motion Filed In Casey Anthony Case

The Orange County court says right now, there's been no motion filed for a change of venue in her murder trial.

There have been reports the defense wants the trial moved, but in a news release, the court said that hasn't happened.

If Jose Baez does file that motion, a hearing will be set and the motion will be considered in open court.

The motion is public information, and the court said they will release that information if, and when, it's filed.

Tuba, You wrote is so beautiful & what a great way to honor Roy M. Kronks's birthday! I do hope that he gets to see what you wrote & that there are many of us that call him "Caylee's Hero & Angel". She kept calling out to him & he answered her by finally finding her.

It's sad that some try to accuse him of being involved when he was only doing what you or myself would do. If people keep attacking him the next person who sees a crime/evidence/missing person etc. will walk away afraid they will be accused of being involved.

Imagine if he had given up double checking on what he knew & thought he seen in Aug.. Caylee could still be laying there thrown out like trash. KC smirking sitting in her room (cell) thinking she might just get away with murdering her own beautiful daughter.

It breaks my heart that some people are trying to accuse him when the blame should all be on KC for what happened to Caylee!

Let him know he has us sending him our prayers & well wishes for doing the right thing.

aksleuth Yes ALL THE BLAME GOES TO KC.....Who waits 31 days to claim a kidnapping.....a guilty person to a crime that is who waits 31 days! :furious:
Roy Kronk never gave up trying & didn't want the media attention...the proof is in his 911 calls!

It could stop someone from reporting even a minor crime or if they think they see something & a missing person could end up never being found. It's just not fair that Roy Kronk is being treated unfairly.....My goodness HE FOUND OUR ANGEL CAYLEE!

I don't know why not, that's why I didn't post the information. I do know we in the astro threads may get more leeway and we do post a lot of pertinent information. I was just leery of having my fingers slapped, I guess, even though I don't ever remember having them slapped on this website.

Btw, speaking of heroics, a woman was murdered on the street in my city this weekend. Two of her killers were caught because their mothers called police saying the composite sketches shown on TV were their sons. They called at different times. Those two moms had the courage to do the right thing. We should all be as courageous. So like Roy, there are other angels in this world.

I agree & last night I PM's JBean & asked if a thread could be started about the subject of speaking out when witnessing a crime/evidence/seeing a missing person & not being afraid to report for fear of being accused of being involved could lead to someone going missing etc. & never being found...She said I could open one but now I have to figure out how to word it! LOL PLEASE help chime in once I get it posted Lovejac, aksleuth, & everyone!

I do agree with you LampChop I think he knew in his heart what was there & am glad he never gave up....he double checked the site due to his bounty hunting experience. I'm sure when the time is right we will hear more from Roy about why he went back Dec. 11, 2008.
