Baughman is the other individual who had his home searched and cars towed. He is interviewed in this video: http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/story?section=news/local/east_bay&id=6738066

His initials are BB not RB, the RSO. I wonder if there is a connection between BB and RB. RB does not have an up to date address on the registry that I found. Perhaps someone could check with Ancestry.com to see if there is any relation?

Help me out here - still learning - when I look at RB (RSO) in red under the "no photo available" - it says "incarcerated" yet it also says that the registrant may have subsequently relocated. Do you take this information to mean that he is still in prison or he has been recently released and has relocated and the information just hasn't been updated?

NOt 100% sure but it could mean he went to another prison.

In the article i read it states that Chris Sinclair was arrested for badgering agents and officials verbally as they searched. His arrest was unrelated to the investigation.

I am just bumping up the other article of CS. His cars were taken. I don't think LE would do this of OOJ charges.... his home searched as well....

Sorry, I don't have time to read all the thread right now, but on HLN LE said 6 places were searched with warrants, 5 were in Tracy, 4 were in the mobile home park. This PLUS the cars?? Or are the cars included? Anyone know where the 5th and 6th locations are? Just wondering.

TRACY (KRON) Police and several volunteers are combing a river near a mobile home park in the hopes of finding missing 8-year-old Sandra Cantu.

Officials tell KRON 4s Dan Kerman the only search warrant served in Tracy outside the mobile home park was at a business. The search warrant served in Oakdale was at a home.

some sleuthing thoughts.... was CS living with his parents or anyone else? (could he have been obstructing in that way???) I wonder also if there is a painting or construction, etc business in Tracy (one warrant was served to a Tracy business) as one of those trucks looked like a part of a painting business or something like that. Nurse is off to the Tracy yellow pages....... (anyone coming? ;-)

In this channel 3 video, it has great aerial shots of the location and how close it is to the freeway. ((the hotel is almost bigger than the entire trailer park)) The reporter also gave more detail about the search at the hotel.....she said that on one day they searched 40 rooms... on the next day they went back with cadaver dogs and searched 69 rooms.

The LI in this case said that what was seized in the warrant won't be released to the public until the judge signs off and approves...

You need driver's license and tag license for most hotels these days. I hope this will provide the answers.

It was said that a dog picked up Sandra's scent yesterday. I hope she didn't drown accidently? The findings on Chris Sinclair are that he was angry with LE for looking at his mobile home and does not necessarily make him suspect, he could be hiding marijuana for example.

I watched that video again too.... I think that is the acrossed the street neighbor... articles stated the other man was swimming pool man, who was reported to be in his 60s

they did a closeup on the house and I don't have my glasses on but you could make out the numbers.. (I was thinking 58....someone with better eyesight could check it out)...it was reported to be just down the same road from Sandra

Newbie but lurker from long ago (Laci Peterson case) here. I just registered here today to post a big THANK YOU from a Tracy resident. I don't know Sandra or her family, but my heart is breaking for them, and for the community that is now living in fear. (Very few kids were out walking to/from school yesterday and today, even though the weather was beautiful. :cry: ) Thank you for supporting the family and for "sleuthing" all that you can from where you are.
