These are good points and are probably the main reason LE isn't satisfied with MC's timeline. I wonder who specifically on Tyler St said that Haleigh was seen in her residence "an hour to an hour and a half ago". If this was said at 3 or 3:30ish, then someone at Tyler either saw Misty themselves or spoke with someone on the phone who confirmed that Haleigh was in the MH at about 2 - 2:30.
If someone was at the MH at 2 - 2:30 and something happened to Haleigh at that time, then this would jibe with a neighbor reporting a woman yelling at 2:30 am. It's also conceivable that Misty woke at 2:30 and saw the "3" part of 2:30 and not the "2" part. (I know it sounds dumb, but I have done things like that in the middle of the night, with one eye open.)

This would mean that someone came into the MH at 2ish, and Misty woke and discovered her missing earlier than she thought. The big question is how would someone at Tyler St (HC2???) explain how they knew that Haleigh was seen in her residence "an hour to an hour and a half ago".

They are, however, still as of this morning listing him as an Absconder/Fugitive per the FL Dept of Corrections Website.....(wasn't sure I could post the direct link) (if I can, I'd be happy to tho). :)

Unfortunately we can't access the report that was phoned in from Tyler and LE hasn't connected the dots yet IMO. If an abduction happened during the wee hours of the morning, and Misty reacted in the same manner she described when she found the back door propped open and HaLeigh gone, then Misty should have alerted Ron while he was at work. What we have instead is Misty apparently calling Ron at a time where a urgent response from Ron is diminished. I am confused about whether Ron was able to accept calls on his cell phone at work? Misty stated she called Ron to speak to the A/C repairman when he arrived but do we know if Ron was able to accept calls on his cell phone while he was operating equipment? Highly unlikely he could IMO.

There have been 298 videos uploaded by this member about the Haleigh C. case. The search I posted runs from most recent to oldest.

I haven't seen any coverage of Haleigh that our dear member here hasn't posted to her youtube account. I am willing to guess that this is the best collection of vids on this case out there. JMHO.

Thanks Dots & Kat. I finally was able to view one of the longer videos [FCN, 19 minutes long, I think it was the voice stress analysis.]

I'd appreciate a quickie answer to these 2 questions if someone doesn't mind:

Did Misty mention the A/C company name? (I had heard it was a different one, that's why I ask.)

Is there an Aunt Lisa? (I don't think I'd ever heard of an Aunt Lisa.)

eta - Lawdy Mercy, I don't want EVERY video, lol. Just the ones from TM. [Really I'm wondering how many are out there.]

I am living proof that even if the rest of the family does not listen or believe you...you tell, get help, prosecute and stay away from child abusers and you NEVER, ever expose other children under your care to them. Most victims go through the shame and self blame. Those that even know it is not their fault still often feel there was something they could have done differently. Misty, while I believe that she was abused, (by whom, IDK) shows interesting coping skills...changing stories, blaming and accusing differing people. Because there is data in psych studies that show some abuse victims use the abuse and blaming others who are not abusers for attention and sympathy....it is sadly sometimes wise to cast a cautious eye to one who claims abuse by so many and still has close contact. Something smells off with the abuse stories..to me.

I can't recall TM doing any interviews w/local media recently on this case, but I could be wrong.

thank you Kat, I have been searching and I just can't find it. It was wayyy back. Tim Miller was talking about the Caylee Anthony case a little bit as well but for the most part he was talking about Haleigh's case and why he was preparing to leave Satsuma. I want to say he was being interviewed by a news outlet, but I might be wrong. I think it might instead be a raw interview that he did for Murt(?), or someone else....lol.....I am sensing question marks up over your head like we see in cartoons....lol.

Maybe someone will remember, if not I will just keep looking. Thanks...:)
 
here is my take on Misty casting suspicion on her brother...

if she really thought/believed her brother did take or hurt Haleigh, and if he really had abused Misty in the past and now she is telling these things....

wouldn't it have been her brother putting a dead rat in her mailbox?

but it wasn't, it was Ron & Misty doing that to him.... now why would they do that to him if they believed he had something to do with Haleigh's disappearance??

I think that her brother who was there that afternoon saw or knows something, something they were warning him not to "Rat" about. I think casting suspicion on him now is really a very (criminally) sophisticated move, because if they get the jump and cast him as a suspect, a child molester, a drug addict, a bad person.... then if he does come forward and tell police something he may know - maybe the police won't take it as seriously??

nope, Misty tries to act all sweet and innocent but I think at least in the realm of criminal thought she is very sophisticated. I don't buy the "I'm only 17" crap she dishes out - no way.

I for one would leave a thread devoted to hearing results, findings, and court related stuff. I know there aren't a whole lot of them but something tells me we might need one before too long.

Me too elle! Happy Monday to ya! I guess the only things we are missing are the documents to place in the thread and the discussion to go with it. lol!

I hope there are a lot of documents released for both HC missing and for the rat incident. I think it would bring a heck of a lot of loght on the situation.
 
LFlorida - MC said it was Arctic Air and that RC's cousin's ex-husband works there.

MC said RC's Aunt Lisa was with Granny.

This was on the voice analysis video.
