I truly expected so much more...guess things aren't looking to good for KC.

Looks like from a brief review of the names listed that they're going to try to fight like hell to prove Caylee was placed at the site after June/July.

Should be easy to debunk her expertise. The baby had no intestinal tract left. Will JAC pay for the defense to fly in such experts?

Ick...other than the "experts" why would you rest your defense on a bunch of cr*zies/questionables? IMHO their list is ridiculous. After two years time...this is the best they can do?

I believe that the defense were reprimanded for "incorporating the entire state witness list by reference" and had to amend it. Ooops!

Something is strange here, all the media reports have additional experts listed, I wonder if this is a "Supplemental" witness list?

CF13News has Dr. Lee & Dr. Kobilinsky listed as well.

I think you're right about supplemental, it wouldn't be the first time something wasn't titled right.

I posted (comment # 8 on this thread) the full Defense Witness List (and on the State Witness List thread) taken from the Original Defense Witness List filed Nov 20, 2008 where they incorporated the entire State Witness List and only typed Larry E. Daniel, Kobilinsky, and Dr. Lee on the original List.

The Defense Amended their List Jan 23, 2009, then again this last one on June 30, 2010.

I typed up the List from the official documents obtained from the Orange County Clerk office, with the help of MuzikMan.

Yes, I agree. Technically this was a "Supplemental" Defense Witness List because they added new witnesses, and there are no new "Amendments" or changes to witness names or addresses.

I am just burned up to see Kronk's Exes and son on there! You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! They can't possibly think they can use them successfully in court! WTF!

Sorry, that was OT. Wow, I was expecting more experts. Looks like that lady that wrote Bones books is gone. Feels like someone isn't there either, but I can't put my finger on it.

It makes me very very very angry also!
Makes me angrier that Leonard P and his gang, including Tracy, have helped the DEFENSE in digging up junk on Kronk through these ex wives and his own son!
Especially when Leonard P. has stated that he does NOT believe that Kronk had ANYTHING to do with Caylee's death or disposal of her body. Colossal waste of money for FLORIDA TAXPAYERS!!
What does Leonard care about that? He lives in California, and so does Tracy!!

Leonard has said on NG, numerous times, that Kronks ex wife and son will say that Kronk told them that his girlfriend who works at the jail, told Kronk where the remains were.

Even though the Defense has these people on their Witness List, and they are being deposed, it does not guarantee that the Judge is going to allow their testimony into trial. The Judge may rule that none of their testimony is relevant or admissable.

Why is it when I heard the defense released it's witness list I had that scene of the cloudy sky full of flying monkeys outside the wicked witches window from the wizard of Oz in my head?

Oh no now I have that song in my head too.......
