It doesn't say what kind of dog it was, and it doesn't matter. I get sooooooo po'd when I read carp like this. Not fair! Not fair. Just like hurting children. They are helpless.
Look at this "thing" mugshot. What a smirk! I gotta move on before I say something and get thrown out.

You can access a spreadsheet that lists the cases in alphabetical order with the page & post number so that you can locate a particular case you may be interested in. It also contains links to any cases that already have a thread on WS.
Many cases do not have a thread. Please feel free to start one in the appropriate forum if you would like to look into one. Should you start a thread on one of these cases, please let me know so that I can add the link to the spreadsheet.

What a "witch". I'd like to throw her off a balcony. If someone did that to my dog that's exactly what would happen. I read in some of the comments that Indiana doesn't have strict animal cruelty laws. That's disappointing. I hope whatever their laws are about this she gets the maximum.
ETA: I do see now where in the OP's comment that it IS a felony charge. I can't wait to see that smug look wiped off her face.
