The "Vanished With Beth Holloway" show featuring Amy is on television tonight and I just finished watching it for the second time.

I didn't really learn anything new, but I do wonder what happened to Tim Buckholz, the Security / Investigator guy who was helping them. Did he determine that it was too dangerous I wonder? I know the previous guy was a complete con who took them for over 200 k... But Buckholz seems like a good guy. Hope I'm not wrong. Anyway, was just remembering what happened with the PI that did the work for Dr. Phil, I don't remember his name. He was almost killed when searching for Natalee, IIRC.

Watching this show, my heart just absolutely breaks for the Bradley's. On one level, I think that I couldn't survive what they have been through if this were my child. On another level, I think I would have no choice, I would absolutely have to survive for my child. I guess this is where they are as well. My most heartfelt and earnest prayers for Amy and for the Bradley's.
I have to say that Amy's case is one of those cases that has haunted me for several years now. I just wish there was something I could do; what a helpless feeling. I can only imagine how the Bradley's feel.

Tim Buckholz is a great guy and he has been a wonderful help to the Bradley family for a number of years. Tim is a specialist in protection and security. He is a Director in the Spartan Group that involves protection, security, and anti-terrorism. Tom also spends a lot time as a consultant in foreign countries.

Tim Buckholz is a seventeen year veteran of the US Army Special Forces and has served with distinction in US Army
Special Forces groups throughout Asia, Latin America, and Africa. He has served with several "project teams" including
service with the National Command Authority. His training experience includes his roles as the noncommissioned
officer in charge of the Special Forces "Mott Lake" compound where training is performed in all aspects of Close
Quarter Combat (CQC) and hostage rescue operations. He was a key member in the development of the Joint Chiefs of
Staff directed Special Forces Advanced Reconnaissance and Target Acquisition and Exploitation Techniques Course
(SFARTAETC), which trains select Special Operations units to contain and neutralize terrorist situations. Tim is also an
expert in CQC and supporting skills, Advanced Combat Marksmanship and Intelligence. He is certified by the American
College of Surgeons in Advanced Trauma and Life Support/Emergency Room Surgery the US Academy of Health
Science as a Special Operations Medical Technician (18D), and the University of Southern California in Hyperbaric
Medicine. Most recently Tim has served as the Security Advisor and Head Trainer for the Office of the Prime Minister
of Northern Iraq, Nechervan Barzani.

My heart aches for Ron and Iva Bradley. You just can't imagine the pain that the Bradley family has experienced. They are a lovely family.

So does Tim still work on Amy's case, do you know? TIA

I have been told by LE sources that healthy Caucasian babies will sell in Europe and North America for as much as $500,000/baby. These babies are sold as illegal adoptions and to pedophiles.

If a group has two or three women as breeders, they're bringing in a lot of money every year and there is very little overhead. Is this why they're looking for very intelligent, nice looking, athletic, and healthy Caucasian women? Is this the human version of a "puppy mill"?

I in no way meant to offend you. I simply thought it seemed you were leaning towards that theory and I did state "seems like" in my post to you and was asking a question. This post above was what made me think this along with the rest of the discussion plus looking at comments that you have liked. Forgive me if I have deduced incorrectly. Also if you are speaking about the comment I referred to, that was not leaked, that was on the Vanished episode I believe. I apologize if I am getting it confused. (I also didn't post what was said because I saw you posted that you didnt want to post what was said during witness accounts even though it was released although you may have been speaking of something different. I am indeed trying to be respectful and sensitive to this case, the Bradleys, Amy, and you). I have followed Amy's case for years and have seen information in multiple locations. I don't know what information I am supposed to know and not supposed to know as I dont know what is released and confidental. I am only trying to help and sleuth. I follow multiple cases and there is no other case that is so restricted on what we can speak of or suggest or what information we are supposed to be allowed to know. So forgive me, this is different for most of us. I would never try to harm Amy. I do not expect you to discuss confidential information. I thought we had reached a new area in the case that I had not given thought to previously because I didn't believe breeder or children to be involved. But if you were leaning towards it then I wondered if this was the theory that you wouldnt discuss early and wanted to make sure I was thinking correctly. Obviously I was not. Another poster also has posted they thought you thought this as well so I guess its good that its clear now.

Tim isn't involved on a regular basis with Amy's case. I spoke to him a few months ago, but I'm not certain what he's doing right now. Tim doesn't do regular investigative work with Amy's case. Tim would be more than happy to go into a situation and personally retrieve Amy, if that were to become a reality.

Something told me he was a "stand up" guy. That's good to hear. Thanks for the update. :seeya:

Also, I read every single post in this thread so that is not the issue as you are making it sound FA.

I do not believe that Amy Bradley was kidnapped for prostitution. I will not say why I personally believe she was kidnapped.

My position has not changed and I am not "leaning" toward anything, although I will discuss just about any possibility. The comments you are referring to were not on Vanished.

There was also information released on the Vanished program that I am absolutely not in agreement with. I can't even imagine why the producers chose to include that information because it serves no purpose, but to place Amy in danger. This isn't a question of what information the public is allowed to know. The question is whether the information will interfere with what LE is trying to do, or whether the information could be harmful to Amy in the sense that she could be punished or worse for what would be seen as misbehavior by her captors. In all investigations there is important information that is not released for a number of reasons. Unfortunately, someone intentionally chose to release information about Amy that should never have been released and I can assure you that it has been extremely upsetting to Amy's family. It's not a question of whether you or anyone else is supposed to know the information. The information was from a highly sensitive discussion that absolutely should not have been released to anyone outside of the investigation.

The comparison photos of Amy give me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. Obviously, her hair is much longer- but her face looks much thinner. I know some are doubtful that the photos are her, but I have no doubt. I don't think any of us can begin to fathom the unimaginable horror she's likely experienced over the years. This would certainly take a toll on her mentally, emotionally and PHYSICALLY! She no longer has that "sparkle" in her eyes that we see in photos from before she was kidnapped.

No new information/sightings have been released to the public since 2005, right? I understand this is for her safety, but it does deepen the mystery surrounding what happened to her and WHY!?

I pray she is still alive and fighting to find her way back to her family. The interviews from the Vanished episode with her parents and brother are heartbreaking.

Osama Bin Laden was finally located after all those years...surely Amy can be located and reunited with her loving family one day (soon!) The fact that her case is active(not cold) gives me hope that the FBI is on to something. If I can recall correctly, her family has not had her declared legally dead. Again, this gives me hope that there's (hopefully) much more going on that cannot be made public at this time.

Still a few night owls left, lol. For me, I'm :eek:fftobed: See you guys later. :seeya:

When Amy disappeared, she had just finished college on an athletic scholarship. She was in great athletic condition. She weighed about 120 pounds. The witnesses have described Amy as being very thin. She has obviously lost weight and she's not in the athletic condition she was in when she was kidnapped. She has been exposed to tremendous stress and I don't even want to think about the abuses she has endured. I'm sure all of this, as well as age, is visible in her face.

Amy has not been declared dead. Her family absolutely believes that she is alive and being held as a captive.

I am suprised they haven't had plastic surg done on her to alter her face, she has striking facial features IMO. If I saw her I would recongize her in a minute. I follow lots of cases and I keep my eyes open when I am out and about. Never know who u may see.

My apologies is this particular comparison of specifically eyes, nose, ear area has already been posted.. Was just playing around with the known photos of Amy that I have saved and still pondering on my opinion of whether or not this is her.. Jmo.

The Bradley family is confident that the photographs are Amy. The FBI has concluded that the photographs are Amy. The FBI sent agents to investigate the resort, based on the photographs.

Wow this close up image does make her nose and ears look different that the other picture I don't know if it's the angle or bad quality of the blown up photos though.

Tim is the best. If I were to need a security person, he would be the first person I would turn to. Tim and the Spartan Group are highly respected throughout the US and many other countries. He is very much in demand for his knowledge and his skills.

The majority of Amy's sightings have been in the southern Caribbean.

I stumbled on this story but have read all the comments and it's very intriguing. My heart goes out to the Bradley family, I can't imagine what they must feel. I am a little confused. Why would her captors allow her out in public the first 7 plus years and now keep her in hiding? Have there been any more recent sightings? Has LE for the FBI given a possible drawing of what she may look like today? If that's been posted I missed it and apologize

It comes to mind that the photos were staged and that Amy's hair and make-up are staged as well. It's possible that this is not her look at all times and that the look is used to throw people (disguise Amy) off.
