I don't know when the new car info was posted. But, for me, it seems like a long time ago.:twocents:

There is one post of PK's that I've been trying to find, to no avail, so much so that I was starting to think I had imagined it.

Luckily, found it being discussed on UC. PK had mentioned LV purchasing a new car, and LE questioning where she got the money.

Perhaps one of you can have better luck than me locating PKs post here in WS.

Here is the link to UC's post #131:

Hazel, do NOT leave me alone and tired in the sandbox late at night :eek:fftobed: .. i totally missed the "LV" and thought your post was re AG and the Camaro. My response therefore makes me appear to be ... an idiot perhaps??

I shall now post the updated timeline .. maybe it will detract from my stupid mistake ;)

Back to the handyman 'going through the house' again.

How could LE take him (anyone!) into a crime scene? Wouldn't that cause further contamination?

And did LE also ask him to examine Audrey's car? (More contamination).

That said, Hrab did say that the handyman wasn't a suspect at first. Later he became a POI and "had discrepencies" in the polygraph.

Too bizarre......................

So basically, the ONLY people LE were/are looking at are DLS (and that fizzled out, BIG MISTAKE) and the handyman!

:thud:

------------------------------
ETA:

To be fair, I'm going to post (later) some reasons why the handyman could be innocent of this crime. :truce:

So basically, the ONLY people LE were/are looking at are DLS (and that fizzled out, BIG MISTAKE) and the handyman!

Not necessarily so, Stone. We KNOW PK is a POI because he told us, but LE doesn't tell other POIs or the public who they are investigating. If we were to ask LE, they would probably respond with some bafflegab about "anyone is a person of interest until such time as we have a suspect".

Still unsure about the DNA aspect of the case. Was DNA recovered that did not match DLS, or was there no identifiable DNA at all?
Did it match PK or anyone else who had been at the house, or if it did- is it inadmissible because the DNA could have been left there prior to the murder?
Seeing Silly's great timeline, I suddenly realized that Audrey had not been retired for very long- about 3 years- and wondered if someone resented her new presence and perhaps different hours kept as a retiree?

Oh, I agree completely SB. In fact, since I posted that I've been sitting here trying to come up with a list of reasons why he's NOT the only POI.

First.......I need a grilled cheese sandwhich! To stimulate the thought process!! :)

From dotr's post:

Good question. SB's timeline indicates "forensic evidence".

Would I be breaking TOS if I threw out a possible scenario regarding LV?

I for one am eagerly waiting for your scenario WL.

And Silly Billy thanks for the excellent timeline. Like D. I didn't realize she had been retired such a short time. I would separate out say by "says" or "alleges" concerning the bringing of soup by LV from those things we know "P.K. calling the police" - but then again maybe it is kept as is for simplicity and easy viewing.

Good point Chorley. Forgot that not all of us have the specifics etched in our brains. I'll leave as is for now however and see if we have any other changes/additions coming up in the next while and repost the timeline then.

I can just hear Audrey up there, saying "Well, did you learn anything today?"

Wouldn't it be loverly if our new timeline could include a line that a perp>poi>suspect has been charged !!

Have not asked yet - but will now. 'Assumed' a no, but one should not assume anything.

I will say though, I don't think AG sent the 10:46 am e-mail to PK, or the later one to the neighbor.

Would I be breaking TOS if I threw out a possible scenario regarding LV?

If LV has been mentioned in MSM and the mention has something to do with the theory, then it would be fine.

Remember, wild speculation is not fine. There needs to be some logical connection to the MSM or LE information that is known.

Hope that helps. Let me know if you have more questions.

Here is the link to UC's post #131:
http://www.unsolvedcanada.ca/index.php?topic=4489.msg76956#msg76956

Hazel, it wasn't PK but our very own Lily McBloom who referenced the LV purchase of a new car, citing her friend who was a mutual acquaintance of LV and Audrey:

Audrey Gleave, retired teacher, viciously murdered in home, Ancaster Ontario, #2 - Page 19 - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

Excerpt:

"-All important documents were found in AGs purse. There was no banking information in her purse, nor could LV find banking records in the house. LV had to go to major branches making enquiries and finally found AG banked at the Teachers Credit Union.
-AG paid for everything (including groceries) with a credit card, she did not debit. Once/month a withdrawl was made for several hundred dollars. She questioned what she would need that money for. (me assuming she paid PK in cash)
-LV purchased a new car and LE followed up asking questions where the monies came from etc. So clearly everyone is suspect."

Okay, my WS friends - apologies for double-posting and being obnoxious. I'm following the threads about the recent murder of Kelsey Felker in Kitchener, and less directly, Kera Freeland in Caledon. Apart from the eerie aspect of both deceased having the same initials , and notwithstanding that arrests of different men have been made in both murders, I'm connecting some dots that might - MIGHT - IMO be useful here.

Stephen Roy Johnson has been arrested and charged with first degree murder and indignity to a human body in the dismemberment of Kelsey Felker. There was some discussion on that thread,

http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=197073&page=8
Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Woman's torso found in Kitchener Ont. Canada garbage bin

about whether SRJ is behind events referred to here (Kera Freeland thread):

Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Found Deceased Canada - Kera Freeland, 20, found in ditch near Caledon ON, March 2011

<rsbm>

"The suspect is described as a clean looking white male in his 30s who is approximately 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10 inches tall.

He has an athletic build, a muscular abdomen and a shaved head. He speaks English with no accent."

Pure speculation on my part, but if it turns out that SRJ is connected with the assaults on the sex trade workers in Hamilton, I wonder what his whereabouts might have been between Christmas and New Year's 2010? Lynden is a half-hour drive from Kitchener, where this guy was arrested in the building where Kelsey Felker's torso was discovered.

Thoughts?

Thank-you Salem - will tread cautiously.

Thank-you LeftCoaster - LV questioned on new vehicle purchase so 'everyone is a suspect' (according to friend/acquaintance of LV) is helpful.

Det-Sgt of Hamilton PD -

"The person who killed Audrey was a person who was known to her."

Thank-you to those that asked my opinion.

Exactly! Thanks SB. LE has been playing their cards pretty close to their chest. I'm not sure I am ever willing to narrow my focus down to only one person. How the heck do we know who did it? Isn't this site about sleuthing? I am concerned that everyone is jumping on the 'PK did it' bandwagon. This poor guy lost a good friend of his. Is it possible he did it?...yes. But not necessarily so.

Imagine if you lost a friend and everyone jumped on you, assuming you did it! Let's at least give this guy some consideration.

My thoughts are with Audrey. May justice ultimately prevail.
