Since she wore street clothes after the guilt verdict (during the aggravation and mitigation phases) I would imagine she'll be in street clothes for this second round.

I wonder if she'll wear her glasses, since the mistrial she's pretty much dropped that facade, I wonder if we'll see a reemergence or an altogether different ploy to manipulate the jury.

Sorry about quoting myself. Sometimes it takes a while before my brain hears the ding ding ding - the addition of 'por favor' - she's really teaching inmates how to speak Spanish! lol

By the time of her next allocution she won't even need to mention it, it'll be so apparent, maybe she'll show a video of a troupe of Spanish singing inmates, all taught by hers truly. :scared:

LOL! I thought that too when I saw the 'por favor' at the end. Yes, Jodi really is fluent in Spanish...

She is REALLY reaching to try and solidify her mitigation claims and is going to use this stuff in her re-trial. 'Por favor' and reviews of To Kill a Mockingbird (which really resonated with her...eyeroll). GMAB. She's so ridiculous. Is she still drawing and selling them? If not, that is very funny, considering she was exposed for tracing.

She may not be aware that there is another reader on the web who hosts Jodis' Book Reviews. That's right, her name is Jodis and she writes in Spanish and lists the books she reads. C.M. would not enjoy the prospect of web diversion from her site by misadventure.

Google 'Jodi Arias Cell' to get a look at the pink sheets. All the inmates have pink sheets, though.

Here's a pic that's supposedly her cell that the sheriff allowed a camera to view.

Trying to resolve some of the truly paranoid suspicions C.M. harbors about those of us on The Outside. She believes tweets are affecting the fairness of her trial. She believes t.v. reporters like Ryan Owens are "haters". Ergo, they prejudice the coverage & infect the jury pool with their "hate". She believes she has supporters who would sail into court to defend her, mitigating her offense, if only they were not victimized by public pressure. (In fact, her counsel believe, if given the opportunity, they would "extenuate or reduce her degree of moral culpability". Really? That must be true in one of the caverns of hell because 500 tons of downward steam pressure couldn't reduce that up here in le mondo.) She also thinks a majority of the public does not believe her. Gad, really? I cannot imagine why. Plus, there are teeming assailants slavering to commit grievous injury on anyone who wants to help her. And then too, the prosecutor is mean and dishonest and hides evidence. The damned felony murder law that is so unfair & spoiled her chance at a favorable verdict! Her counsel and experts who sorely failed her, we could go on and on listing the demons that afflict her, in her view of her predicament.

Psychology has made clear that paranoia comes from guilt. All of the attitudes C.M. condemns issue from her knowledge of what she is, what she has done and how she has misrepresented that. She is busy projecting all of that evil onto everyone and everything in and surrounding this case. She, on the other hand, is the martyr and this is even obvious in her interpretations of the reading matter she devours, the lessons she takes away are tilted with bias. What she has made clear is that she is no suitable subject for any sort of rehabilitation. Even more remarkable is that doctors like Samuels and Geffner are taken in by her perverse belief system.

All right, I listened to the first 23 minutes of the sex tape again (all in the name of WS, you understand ) and here are the pertinent pieces I was listening for:

(TA) "I'm gonna to tie you to a tree and put it in your ***, by the way."

TA repeats sentence

T brings up tying her to a tree for what appears to be the first time they've discussed this adventure.

The argument about 'Steve' (and letting him tie JA to a tree) must have been at some point after this part was recorded, and we know those texts occurred on May 10, so this tape couldn't have been made after.

I now think this conversation happened quite a bit before May 10th, certainly before she moved back to Yreka, as she mentions above.

Was the argument where Travis angrily brings up being tied to a tree not part of the May 26. texts? I thought all the angry texts happened after May 10 though. I could definitely be mistaken.

No, the argument about Steve and the tree tying began the night of May 9th and went on for around 3 hours into May 10th. May 26 was another argument.

ETA: There are posts in this thread about the May 10th argument, probably just a few pages back, I'll see if I can find them.
