However, witnesses saw a man walking along a nearby street with a child wrapped in a blue blanket.

this article says no signs of forced entry and no way a 12 month old could unlock the doors

Police are searching for a missing 1-year-old boy from Affton home on Tuesday morning.
News 4's Laurie Waters is at the scene and tells us that the boy's name is Tyler Daniel Dasher, born in September of last year.
Authorities say the boy’s mother put the boy to bed last evening about 10:30 p.m. on the 7700 block of Clevedon on Monday. When the mother woke up at 11 a.m. Tuesday the child was gone.
According to police, the little boy has blond hair, weighs about 20 pounds. Tyler has four upper teeth and four lower teeth. Police say he may have been wearing light blue flannel pajamas, with a truck pattern.
Rick Eckhard with the St. Louis County Police tells News 4 they are especially concerned because when they arrived on the scene around 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, they were approached by a resident who said that they saw a man walking down the street with a child in a blue blanket. Eckhard tells News 4 that a blue blanket is missing from the home.

another snip:

Authorities say they do not have much to go on with this lead. The man was described only as a white male, possibly in his 30s wearing what may have been a dark colored hoodie and dark sweat pants. The witness did not have any information as to whether the man got into a vehicle.
While they have not ruled it out, Eckhard says the child most likely would not have been able to walk away from the house on his own. Officers that inspected the house determined it would have been very difficult for Tyler to leave on his own. Police are doing a complete search of the home to rule out the fact that the child might still be inside.
Eckhard says that Tyler lived in the home with his mother and grandmother, and had his own room in the house.

from the KMOV article

KMOX 1120 AM radio is all over this . . . LE is searching for Tyler's father!

Police swarming in our neighborhood now, too. There is a huge park 2 blocks away.

From the article:

A neighbor told police they saw a small child being carried in a blue blanket by an unidentified person a few blocks away at an earlier time. That person was described as a Caucasian man in his 30s, around 5'9" tall, wearing a black hoodie and dark sweatpants...

****

It's enough to give you goosebumps, the similarities, so far.

Since I started having children almost 11 yrs ago, I haven't been able to sleep past 9 am... No one yr old of mine or heck 10 yr old either for that matter would LET ME get away with sleeping that late..

Yeah..l just don't get the sleeping til almost noon when yu have a ONE YEAR OLD child! :banghead:

Maybe Mom slept so late because there was no little child to wake her up.

This one might be legit, but due to baby Lisa's mom (& Casey), many are going to assume the mom is guilty (& she could be).

Police have spoken to the father/ located him per the fox2now.com live stream. he is currently talking to LE

Yeah..l just don't get the sleeping til almost noon when yu have a ONE YEAR OLD child! :banghead:

What about grammy? Surely she didn't sleep until 11:00 too.

I'm gonna pray right now that this is a family abduction, and possibly the bio-dad took the child.
