Defense Objection of 2/9/2010 to Prosecution ExParte Meeting

Mars at the Ascendant is trying to seize the initiative but look at the Sun, which rules the Leo rising Sign~it is as far as it can put itself from taking care of appropriate business. That would be concerns of the defense; instead it is reaching way over into the affairs of the opposition in House 7. The other defense debilities are explored in paragraph one & two under the chart.

The Part of Fortune is parallel Mars and at the same degree as the node, so this written objection is not favored by "luck". Defense also sought a protective order and a private meeting with the judge in March and was denied. Therefore, Defense argues no such privilege should be extended to the prosecution. The matters at issue may be entirely different in merit, purpose and cause, however.

Of two things we can be sure: Defense is laboring with real application on its predicament and the prisoner is an agitant. We know this because planets on a cusp, as Moon & Pluto here, are exceptionally busy always. Moon rules the hour, as well. Venus is also busy investigating, researching and prying because she is also riding a cusp.

Moon cannot obtain her objectives here because Mercury rules that House of goals (H. 11) and Mercury will leave Capricorn before the Moon can reach it.

We do have to ask why the defense is straying from its own responsibilities and concerns. This was apparent when the defense borrowed the prosecutions witness list for its own last year, to very embarrassing result. Now Defense wants the whole of T.E.S. records, not just those that relate to the Suburban search, even though T.E.S. invited The Team to come peruse them at leisure. Roy M. Kronk is a witness for the State and important in himself as discoverer of our victim but now Defense wants him too, as a suspect! Time to stick to your own tomatoes, Team. You must have some original ideas? Ideas that belong to you?

Does defense really think the people of Florida are stupid? JB hired Todd Macaluso who is a highly paid accident reconstruction specialist. So now defense wants everyone to believe someone else committed this crime but they still have TM on their staff. Aren't they just about going off the deep end with this and who is driving this bus?

Your chart for the ex parte hearing indicates the meeting went ahead by the time defense had objected, if I understood it correctly. I had wondered if that would be the case.
Now we wait and see what the week will bring.

Todd Macaluso is accused of writing bad checks from a client&#8217;s account, one check amounting to over $100,000.

Macaluso filed a motion in Orange County to allow him to join the Anthony defense team as an out of state attorney, but did not disclose the pending investigation. Friday he amended the motion and disclosed the proceedings against him.

The accounts were in trust at his office, as her lawyer and representative. If he had not been pilfering from the accounts, any checks he wrote on her behalf would have been covered and honored by the bank. Therefore, the crime is more serious than merely writing bad checks.

As a matter of convenience, am copying over from the General thread, Tuba's post of 2/10/2010 written prior to the latest announcment of Macaluso leaving KC's Defense team. Certainly worthy of a 2nd read.

Planetary Status

Defense in the Anthony case has filed a motion with retrograde Mars rising in House 1 and ruler of the ASC, the Moon, in detriment. Todd Macaluso was born with Mars in its fall at the 29°. He is being disciplined by the California bar on several violations of the ethics code. It seems timely to consider the status of planets in our work. The concept is easy to understand and easy to apply to cases.

Detrimental is a word commonly understood. We think of it as harmful, damaging. Ruler of the defense in its latest motion is found in Capricorn. But as people fond of Sun Sign astrology know, the Moon is identified to Cancer where it is at home. So when we see the Moon way over in Capricorn, opposite home turf, it is courting bad luck, misfortune. It is acting from weakness and lacks capacity to perform normally and naturally. Detriment speaks to a heavenly body incapacitated.

You will be able to keep a watch on us if you are familiar with the Sun Signs. "Well, I know Mars rules Aries, so what's it doing over there in Libra!?" Even if you choose not to tug on our typing sleeve, you can keep in mind for your own assessment that someone or something has a snowman's chance.

Then we come to a planet in its fall, like the Mars of Macaluso. It is even sorrier being at the end of its roller, the 29th degree. Taken alone, though, a planet in fall has lost its good (or at least neutral) reputation. In whatever regard it was held, that has taken the chute to ground: like a big man on a kiddy slide, he should have known better. Planets in fall are opposite the Sign where they are exalted. Mars is exalted in Capricorn, where Roy Kronk has it. They perform at their optimal best in that Sign.

Additionally, the Mars of Macaluso was eclipsed last July. He was in a tight corner, sitting on dynamite. I posted a good deal about that and the embarrassment of his Mars acting out in open court when he claimed proof the prisoner was innocent. Now he is placed on the inactive roll as of April 26, 2010. This was effectuated Monday. Therefore, we do not sniff or waggle our fingers at eclipses or planets in fall.

Been meaning to report here a post in the main forum from weeks ago. The Websleuth brought the information from Casey Anthony's Face Book or My Space that she claimed to be a II. Since it is common knowledge that she is a Piscean, she may have referred to her Rising Sign. That used to be the practice over a hundred years ago. Or...she could have been shucking her friends and public. Since we do not know her time of birth or Ascendant, I thought I should mention it here.

This is a little OT I guess, but I just wanted to take a minute to thank our Astrologers! I really appreciate the way you have kept reporting on this case. I've learned SO much from all of you!!

Marti Mackenzie, who has spoken on behalf of defense attorney Jose Baez since February 2009, announced Tuesday she is no longer part of the team.

"I am happy I could be of help in the months I worked as the media representative," she said. "The most important thing is that we made a clean transition so that the coverage on this will have a point person on the defense team."

All media inquiries about Casey Anthony's defense are now to be directed to Liz Brown at the DePaul University College of Law Legal Clinic, where defense attorney Andrea Lyon works.

Reached by phone, Mackenzie declined to discuss the specifics about her resignation.

Two things to mention....firstly...why would CA be so ignorant or stupid depending on how much she "really" knows about how Caylee died to use the same duct tape to post the posters!!! I really think between her cleaning the clothes in the car and the duct tape, I would go with gullibility and grave stupidity. What the????...did KC think she could get away with murder because she knows how unintelligent her support team is! Second, people are starting to drop off this case like flies....either the funds aren't available for their services or they wanted the cash but not staying in for the long haul to not destroy their reputation or in the case of TM have gotten away with it to a certain point.....Cindy, suprisingly enough, might be the one that helps all of us learn what really happened to Caylee

This empty defense till dates back to January 19 as you can see under the chart. Angel is telling us that The Team is skating on their uppers in full view of the public. There is interesting information on this in the Anthony media links.

I was really curious about something......did anyone read in the new released evidence about the substance in the gatorade bottle? Chlorine, water, TESTOSTERONE.....did I read right???!! Chloroform is apparently made by those ingredients, if so, it would require urine or flesh. is it a male's urine and if so can they do DNA testing of some sort?

Old Soul, I was under the impression that the Testosterone may have been from a previous use of the needle, but I'm unsure where I got that impression from? I think it was a discussion in the General Forum. I remember thinking that I could see George using testosterone, but this was strictly an opinion. Then lo and behold I read or saw an interview with LP where he stated what great shape Geo was in and how they all just assumed he must work out often when in fact, through the period of time they were down in Florida, they never saw or knew of him working out- NOT ONCE?! Anyone else remember this? MOO, of course

Now that we now know that the duct tape is considered a possible murder weapon, it is understandable why Casey reacted as she did upon hearing the prosecutor describe her actions with the duct tape.

Obviously this "body language expert" only pays attention to the subject in question (Casey) and didn't even SEE when Baez leaned in toward KC, whispered in her ear, and then KC's total reaction to everything changed almost immediately.

Body language, my eye! She was told to look sad and upset about her poor dead baby. AL had to sit there holding KC down with her death grip, reminding her the show wasn't over yet .

If our astrologers did their work as callously, this would no longer be THE place to visit. Okay, rant over.

And speaking of astrology, all's been quiet on the Hopespring front. Is this the calm before another storm? Will we see more media attention as their funds run dry? :waitasec:
