Abduction alert: Father pleads with daughter's abductor
A DISTRAUGHT Garth Campbell has appeared on national television tonight pleading with the person or persons who took his infant daughter from her bed.
The father asked that his daughter not be harmed.
"Just don't hurt her, she's just tiny," he said.
Mr Campbell told Channel Nine he believed whoever took his daughter was known to the family because Chloe was not sleeping in her bedroom but in the lounge with her sisters.
He said he could not help but think of the Daniel Morcombe case.
The search for the child has widened to bushland, open paddocks and cane fields on the edge of Childers.

Father of missing girl distraught
THE father of missing three-year-old Chloe Campbell believes someone who knows the family took her.
Garth Campbell says there is no way his youngest daughter could have left their family home alone.
When he awoke on Thursday morning, Chloe, who usually sleeps in the lounge, was missing.
A window was open and when he looked out, an adult-sized footprint was on the car.
Chloe's sleeping bag - patterned with wizards and dragons - was gone as well as her trusty companion, a stuffed toy dog named Gnarly.
"I don't think there's any possible way she's wandered off," Mr Campbell told AAP.
"She wouldn't leave the yard by herself."
