I don't think she played it for the Bishop because she is an active participant in their conversation. She may have threatened to take it to the Bishop to Travis, but, she would never do it because it would ruin her reputation.

I think she kept it hidden until Nurmi asked about her sex life and then the tape is found, it became part of her defense. It will also be part of her infamy.

Even worse the media has now identified a juror and what he is doing outside the courtroom which they are not suppose to do. It's not as if the juror was talking to JM or defense. What is wrong with HLN?????

They're all just feeding the <modsnip> defense team with more reasons to take court time away from the jury with nonsense hearings, meetings in the judges chambers etc.

But Jodi testified under oath to JM that she went to the Bishop after Travis was killed and confessed they were having sex and JM told her she never confessed to the Bishop about killing Travis, did she. Jodi answered, no. That could mean she didn't confess about killing Travis because she had not killed him yet. So she knows JM has contacted the Bishop. While the Bishop may not address what they talked about I bet JM was able to get a date. jmo

I don't think so. I think we can read it as many possible things... too many to bother trying to recount.

4) Someone told her a similar story
5) She saw a similar thing on an episode on "The Sopranos"
6) She had a dream where this stuff happened

I had this sudden flash of Mr. Nurmi making KN dress up this weekend in a bunny suit to hide eggs. lol He'd be perfect. After the person in the bunny suit outside court the other day I think the only thing the Easter Bunny will get this year is a dirty look. Trying to amuse myself here. :floorlaugh:

But, telling the Bishop is JA's story. The Bishop hasn't come forward to corroborate her so-called sex confession. I think she's full of b.s. about that too. She wants the Jury to hear her confess to the 'sex before marriage' to demonstrate that she was trying to be a good Mormon girl and trying to do the right thing. moo

maybe it's the juror that is hard of hearing, so it wouldn't matter anyway if he couldn't hear anything....LOL...just guessing

Or maybe the judge just told this juror there was no problem for them to wait outside the courthouse for whatever reason they gave. Just do not talk to anyone. There really is nothing wrong with what the juror has done. Nothing wrong with what JM did. Much ado about nothing. jmo

Sorry but this person is warped if they truly believe Jodi Arias and Casey Anthony were both innocent. I would say it's more likely they have a huge chip on their shoulder towards LE.

When he said that he said something like I never used to {masturbate} before, now I do it like 7 or 8 times a day. I took that to mean he generally didn't masturbate, not literally never had masturbated. I find it very very very unlikely he had never masturbated at his age. I think some folks want to take it as a sign he was a virgin and thereby vilify JA even more. It is very unlikely he was a virgin or had never masturbated. It does not change what JA did or how evil she is.
