It looks odd to me too, going to keep looking around the net and asking about it .. just doesn't quite pass the sniff test for me yet.

So far I think it's a hoax.

IF she doesn't say the pledge,she is denied meals,shower,and recreation,What recreation!!!!! Thought she was in lockdown 23 hours a day,document does not sound right.
 
People are saying that the signature isn't hers, and looking at the comparison between that signature and the one on her drivers licence, I agree. Also no record of a white male under that name as having spent time inside in Pennsylvania so far.

Hi, thanks for this.

I came on here just now after reading about Jodi's Hep C letter. This is crazy!! I seriously think she's going mentally insane. How can she get Hep C from a dirty/infected needle? There is NO WAY they are going are in jails and not changing needles between inmates in this day and age. No way. So how and when did she really get Hep C, does anyone know? If it's even true, do you all think she's lying that she has Hep C?

Also wth is this guy Chris Alexander, I have never heard of him before? But if this is true about their sexual letters and 5 years as "pen pals"....shame on him!

Someone filed it in the court so it's a pretty elaborate hoax, I guess the thing to do would be look at the court filing, see who filed it and work back from there. If it was filed by one of the plaintiff's and they were using a false name, and inmate number then someone is in big trouble, or was it filed by the real inmate Christopher Alexander who's number is on the form? Jailhouse prank?

I'm not even sure what it takes to file a motion, hopefully media will work it out :)
 
Dang, it would have been awesome if true about the hep C. I think one of Jodi's cronies must have planted it to garner her some publicity. She must be feeling lonely since the camera lights faded and her "fame" is pretty much done with.

Interesting that the address for "Christopher Alexander" is 201 Instution dr. They do have a prison on Instutiton Dr in Bellefonte PA

I checked the prison inmates in Pa. and there's no Christopher Alexander and no prisoner # HX-4656 at Benner Township (where the prison is). All the Alexanders are Black (if you check the last name only). There is no prisoner #HX4656 in any Pa. township prisons.
