I stand by 2015, but it may be nearer January 2016 than January 2015.
 
Jodi specializes in lying, manipulating, slicing and killing. And she is very good at those. Except she won't be able to do those things to God (or any other source you believe who decides your fate). She should be very afraid at this point. It doesn't matter if she gets the death sentence or dies of natural cause. To me, Jodi already got her sentence. And it's a horrific sentence.

I do wish Jodi would turn herself around and do some good things for others before she dies.

That's just the minute entry from 3/28 allowing the defense until the 31st
to file their response, which according to the docket, they did so.

Well. It seems Juan is onto the defense team and Michael Kiefer and is getting fed up of them leaking sealed information to him for their own benefit, crying about insisting everything be handled under seal then handing over that sealed information to their "preferred media outlet'" and having the DT cry over media in the court room when they and their client continuously seek out publicity. BOOM!

Hopefully, the judge will remand the DT and warn them that any further leakage of sealed information will result in disciplinary action.

I think he wants to let the DT know he knows what's going on and also make it clear that any further attempts to blame him for the "circus" are unfounded and disingenuous.

Oh, and apparently Juan agreed to let Miss Delarosa back into the jails, though his use of "quotations" and such indicate that he's not buying what she and the DT are selling. I'm not either.
 
I wonder how many of us will be dead and gone? Apparently, this is their goal.....

This circus needs to end man.....a year next month that she got sentenced!!! Just ridiculous that this is still going on.....this sociopath is playing ppl like a violin.

The media may end up winning in the end even if it is just partial coverage. I do not see any of her previous witnesses returning. JA has very little to mitigate. If she lied about the "Locks of Love" defense will have to drop that, too, which will not leave her with much. I think JM is ready for her this time. She has played out most of her hand. jmo

ITA Lambchop! As far as the threats against ALV go. that would be considered witness tampering would it not? That's a huge deal where I live and I'm sure the US legal system is the same. No witnesses=no case. And ALV is an expert witness which should have made the threats against her, assuming there were any at all, even more offensive to the court. The threats would have been investigated and the offender charged. The fact this is such high profile case and yet these threats were allowed to hang in the air at trial then dissolve into nothing after the fact, makes them highly suspect. The alleged threats to Patty, the buddy with a criminal record of own would have been equally offensive to the court.
I suspect she did lie about Locks of Love. If not to the court, then to Locks of Love. They don't accept bleached hair even if it was dyed back and I somehow doubt the jail takes on the process and expense of cutting and delivering inmate hair to charities. Her hair was long enough to donate at trial and yet she didn't. It was long enough after trial and during all the court appearances she's had to date leading up to her next trial and yet she hasn't even had it cut it seems, let alone donated to Locks of Love.
It would be interesting to see if her T shirts resulted in one red dime going to the shelter she testified they were supporting too. I somehow doubt they did.
Perhaps her family members might rise to the occasion to plead for her life this time around but other than that I agree she's got nothing.
