WKMG Local 6 says they "uncovered a new memo" filed in the Casey Anthony bankruptcy case -- but this was a document filed nine days ago [not new], filed in response to Zenaida and Kronk's filings. It is on the bankruptcy docket and can be "uncovered" there, no journalistic investigating to be done.

Looks to me like this news outlet is trying to garner sympathy for Mz Anthony, with their sensational headline "Casey Anthony threatens to 'disappear' over bankruptcy case".

I'm just sitting here trying to imagine WHO would have sympathy for Casey?
IIRC over 87% of Americans believe she killed and dumped her child. If her Attys think they can ever soften that image or gain sympathy by relating her money problems ( caused by her own actions) they are sorely mistaken!

I think FCA's one main target for the sympathy vote is the bankruptcy JUDGE.
He holds her fate in his hands at this time. He can make the civil suits all go away, or he can throw out her entire bankruptcy case.
I think the reporter was just trying to put an interesting spin on the document filed by FCA's bankruptcy attorney, and took one sentence out of an eight-page document and highlighted it for sensationalism, and tried to portray FCA as a victim.

I hope the careers of everyone who ever had anything to do with helping cheat Caylee out of justice will forever be plagued and followed by the curse of casey anthony...

Caylee deserved justice! And a lot of people had a hand in cheating her of it! Shame on all of them...

Speaking of jbaez, Jane Valez Mitchell, who's had him on her show and gushed about his success following the verdict & welcomed him back, just found out her show was cancelled... And even though she was not a fan of fca, it's still one less supporter on the air to promote his great "work"... CNN made a dozen cuts, was hoping to see Jean Casarez's name, but no such luck...

I've been checking in on the Jodi Arias coverage and can't help but notice similarities between her and fca in the courtroom, like appearing meek and demure and itty bitty, lowering their chair before the jury enters. And, of course, laughing and carrying on with their attorneys, but their smile disappears the second the jurors walk in, instantly replaced with a sad, solemn look of phony remorse... Both love all the attention, think they're celebrities, think they're attorneys, have empty scary eyes, and could care less about the people they killed..

It seems fca has started a trend for female killers, from here on out we'll probably see defense attorneys throw out their old strategies and borrow from the casey anthony play book for How to Dupe a Jury... I mean, really, if fca can be found not guilty, that should give hope to all killers and defense attys...

Of course, the one big difference is, the JA (1st group) jurors did their job and put the pieces together, finding her guilty of 1st degree murder...
