They did catch the guy. He's 24, so would have been around 22 when Jenn went missing.

Kudos to this woman who gave a good description of her attacker and kudos to wal-mart for having the survellience to catch this creep.

Just imagine- if it is so frustrating to us about Jenn's disappearance, I cannot imagine the frustrations and pain of her family.

All my prayers and love to the Kesse Family and Friends of Jenn.

Wouldn't it be great if LE has been witholding DNA or fingerprints and they matched this guy?! It sure wasn't very far from where Jennifer went missing and he could fit the description. I will anxiously watch this one. Thanks, UCFAlumni!

Rumors are LE has DNA evidence and thus far there have been no matches in data bases. If this is the case it won't take long to know one way or the other with this guy.

Box with human remains found in Palm Beach Gardens

By Dianna Cahn | South Florida Sun-Sentinel 4:31 PM EDT, April 9, 2008 http://ad.doubleclick.net/ad/trb.sunsentinel/news/local/palmbeach;rs=10017;rs=10047;ptype=s;slug=sfl-0409humanremains;rg=ur;ref=sun-sentinelcom;=1;sz=88x31;tile=2;ord=91794859?A box bearing human remains was found in Palm Beach Gardens on Wednesday amid plants along Beeline Highway near Jog Road, police said.

Florida Department of Transportation contractors were clearing the plants when they discovered the box, police Sgt. Jack Schnur said.

The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner's Office and police detectives are investigating.

No further details were available.

This is approximately 2-2 1/2 hours South of Orlando.

Does not appear that the man arrested in Orlando yesterday for raping a woman behind the wal-mart is our guy. He was in jail when Jenn went missing.

"In 2005, Welker was sentenced to more than a year in state prison on charges of felony battery, elder abuse, fleeing a law enforcement officer and auto theft, prison records show. He was released in June 2006.

In October, he pleaded no contest to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to nearly a year in jail with 117 days credit for time served, according to theOrange County Clerk of Courts.

While in jail, he was court ordered to the work-release program where he stayed in a dorm on Kaley Street and went to work in the community. He was released from the program on March 25.

He also pleaded no contest to grand theft of a motor vehicle last fall, according to records."

While he might not be the one, it did bring up an interesting tid bit: the work release program dorm. It is located at 130 W. Kaley Street, only 4.8 mi (8 minutes) from where Jennifer went missing. I wonder who else resided there during that time? Obviously, some very hard-core prisoners who probably are like this guy and should not have been on the streets. (308 of them to be exact.)
