Death Takes an Agent - Profiting from the Death of Caylee **NO DISCUSSION PLEASE**

Over the last week our members have asked about the many online petitions boycotting those outlets who intend to pay individuals for their "story" in relation to the Caylee Marie Anthony case. This is a subject very near and dear to many of our hearts because so many of us feel that no one should profit from the death of a child, or anyone for that matter.

While Websleuths does not advocate any organized effort on behalf of Websleuths, we do see the need for our members to express themselves concerning this matter.

We're going to allow our members to use this thread to post links to credible news sources on this issue. As always, we do not allow rumors or speculation. You may post links to news sources who have determined offers have or will be made to individuals who will profit from this case.

We do feel that on this day in history (July 5, 2011), the justice system negated the value of children. Caylee did not commit suicide, place duct tape across her mouth, place herself in 3 bags, and throw herself in to a swamp. She was a little girl created in the image of God and valued by Him. Symbolically, the American flag has been stomped upon and the Constitution burned. Let's NOT allow Casey to live "the beautiful life" with funds acquired as a result of Caylee's death.

There is a new petition started for the US Supreme Court to try Casey Anthony in Federal Court-

OVERVIEW

The Fifth Amendment does not protect a person from being tried by two or more separate governments. Thus, both the federal government and the state government are able to charge and prosecute one person for the same criminal act, which is often the case for drug related crimes. As well, two or more states can prosecute and try a person for the same criminal act. People need to start a website for FBI to file murder charges against Casey Anthony on the federal level!!!! THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE IN ORLANDO HAS JURISDICTION TO REFILE MURDER CHARGES AGAINST CASEY ANTHONY WITHOUT IT BEING DOUBLE JEOPARDY PLEASE GET THIS INFO OUT TO EVERYONE.

In a WESH 2 News exclusive, reporter Dave McDaniel learned that a freelance TV producer is making an offer for Anthony's first interview once she leaves jail.
"I believe in the right of this woman to tell her story," said California-based producer Al Taylor.

Taylor, who has worked with "Hard Copy," Jerry Springer, and "A Current Affair," said he's ready to hand a real check to Anthony for $1 million.

“We heard they were No. 1 in the running for an interview,” said a Pennsylvania protest organizer who asked that his name not be used. “Everybody is protesting about NBC paying Jose Baez money for food and a hotel.”
