Serious concerns are held for a teenage girl from Sydney's south-west who has been missing for a week.
Charmaine Collins went for a walk near her home at Englorie Park, just south of Campbelltown, about 11pm (AEDT) last Friday. Police say Charmaine has gone missing several times in the past, but never so long
The 16-year-old did not take her mobile phone and has not been seen since.
Police Superintendent Wayne Benson says the teenager has run away in the past.
"She's gone missing on a number of occasions in the past and has returned within a short timeframe," he said.
"But this period now of about a week is the longest, so it's certainly heightened out concern."
The girl is described as being Caucasian, about 170 centimetres tall with a slim build and light brown hair.
When she was last seen the teenager was wearing a blue hoodie, blue tracksuit pants and white shoes.
Superintendent Benson has urged anyone with information to call Campbelltown Police Station or Crime Stoppers, on 1800 333 000.
