I knew that 44 hours was problematic, but my thought was that there was no way she'd actually spent that much time with JA.

I have a question I'm not sure anyone can answer... HLN and NG still haven't shown ANY of JW's cross of Dr D. What am I missing here? I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone!

They "pause" so you don't miss anything through their 8000 commercials. They are 2.5 hours behind.

I think that was a 44 hour seminar on DV, preparing for her testimony, more than interviews.

WAIT...Juan just passed the witness! Okay HLN just started the Cross AMEN. 7:38pm CST

HLN got 2mins in then went to a commercial. JW is condescending and coming off as a female puppy. The DT really needs to get a grip. Their entire case, which took 38 days, was torn apart by Dr D in a matter of hours. I hope they take time for quiet reflection tonight and come back tomorrow with a different game plan. Trouble is, I thought ALV would do that and look how that ended. I can't wait till this is in the hands of the Jury. Travis and Justice are so close now.

...JW is a slow moving train wreck. The way she's coming off speaking to Dr D like that is awful. And I'm here all alone cuz everyone else watches a live feed. I need to get a grip! I'm going into lurk mode begging for serenity now!

Your feelings are correct.

Really enjoying today's witness though I do disagree with one thing: her stance on the Law of Attraction.

Yes it is 'real.' It's one of the Universal Laws and is something recognized for many thousands of years. JA used it incorrectly and Travis did too for that matter. It's not a "think positive" thing at all--it exists whether anyone believes in it or knows about it. It's about energy. It's not a religion, just like physics isn't a religion. "The Secret" was a marketing exploitation of The Law of Attraction. The Universal Laws is as much junk 'science' as anything Stephen Hawking is working on...meaning...not junk at all.

Question from myself regarding the discussion at the end of the last thread regarding JA's possible sentence. At the end of the JVM show today, I heard the Judge has two options for a Life sentence. One is LWOP and the other Life, with parole possible after 25 years. Is this TRUE? I was of the belief that the Jury decides either the DP or LWOP if JA is convicted of first-degree premeditated murder and it moves into the penalty phase.
