ok, I haven't been reading along so sorry for the fact that what I'm saying has probably already been said.
The BF said they argued because he wasn't paying enough attention to her, then they left and went to his house, then left his house and came back and she got out and started walking when they were getting close to her place.
And then he saw she left her cellphone on his passenger seat so he got out and gave it to her.
And then he called her roommate (Flores) on his own cellphone to ask her to meet Adrienne, who was walking alone. So her roommate left the apartment on her bicycle to go meet Adrienne but didn't find her. Then when the roommate returned to the apartment, Adrienne was there and they talked outside on the grass and then Adrienne went inside and Flores never saw her again (she did not see Adrienne leave, she said).
So I've been accused of still acting, thinking, and feeling like a teenager plenty and I surely am female as heck so lemme just say, a few things about this speak to me.
What they SAY could be totally wrong of course.
But it seems to ME (therefore, IMHO) that Adrienne wasn't mad he wasn't giving her enough attention... she was mad he wasn't giving her AS MUCH ATTENTION AS HE WAS GIVING "SOMEONE ELSE".
Then she felt she had to leave the apartment with him, so it seems that "someone else" was in the apartment.
Then they started to drive back to the apartment and she became SO upset she actually got out of the car and walked. And didn't even remember her cellphone, she was so mad.
And what's he do? Call "someone else" who is at the apartment. So, first he (may very well have) payed too much attention to "someone else" at the apartment. Then when he couldn't control Adrienne he DEFINITELY called "someone else" at the apartment to warn them/let them know she was on her way back. Who would that be... like, maybe the object of his attention earlier?
So then I ask myself, well, who was the person he called? And, was everything that person has told LE and media consistent with what more impartial observers have said?
If not, why might that be?
I'm not accusing anyone of anything but it sounds to me like Adrienne might have THOUGHT her BF and her roommate were fooling around and was freakin' LIVID about it, so much that she wouldn't even stick around the apartment after her wreck, she just GTFO of there.
KWIM, jellybean?
IMHOetc
(ETA - my details above were gotten from this link - http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/regio...linas-left-home-after-argument-with-boyfriend )
4:43 or 4:47am – Text sent from Adrienne’s phone to boyfriend’s phone said she was going to his house. (1 & 4)
4:52am – A slender woman was seen in the west parking lot of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts on the surveillance cameras . Address is 1002 W. University Ave. (12) It has not been confirmed whether or not the woman seen is Adrienne.
4:54am – A dark 4 door sedan was seen heading northbound in the same parking lot 2 minutes later on the surveillance cameras (12).
5:00am – Last seen near Brown & Roosevelt streets. (3) Another reports states last seen at this location at 4:30am (7) -- not sure who she was last seen BY, or if this goes off pings, but this is also the same location her car was found.
5:04am – Cab driver (Tom) called Adrienne to make sure she was headed to the gas station. (11)
5:05am - Cab driver (Tom) called Adrienne to make sure she was headed to the gas station (again). (11) Previous reports indicated: Police said Adrienne called a cab company, but the cabbie couldn’t find her at a Tempe convenience store. (4) “Salinas asked for a driver to meet her at the AMPM gas station at the intersection of Hardy & University. Investigators told CBS 5 she never made it there” (5). LE saw surveillance of cab driver at AMPM but there was no sign of Adrienne there. LE subsequently questioned the cab driver and searched his home. AMPM is less than ¼ mile from Adrienne’s apartment. (9)
5:06am – Adrienne called the cab driver (Tom) saying she’d be there in a minute.
5:07am – Cab driver (Tom) called Adrienne again, looking for her, but the phone went to voicemail. (11) Her phone was turned off (1) or died (8).
I've seen articles that reference this newly released police report, but I haven't seen the report itself. Does anyone have a link for the primary source (the report)? thanks!
I really think it is a bit much to have another person not only in the car, but now covering up injuries she sustained. I just think it is getting way too complicated and that Adrienne is missing because she set out on foot in the dangerous hours, probably intoxicated. JMO

her father said (and continues to emphasize) she drinks beers like any other college kid, but she doesn't typically get plastered and she is very responsible. He said she is responsible in that respect. We don't even KNOW if she was drunk. And if she is responsible I'm assuming she wouldn't have driven if she felt too intoxicated to do so. IMO.
We just assume she was drunk bc she was at a party where others we're drinking and bc she had an emotional break down with the bf a few times that night.
Her father Rick keeps reassertion himself that Adrienne would never be irresponsible in that regard. In fact, it the assertions that she was irresponsible that night due to over consumption seems to really upset . No media outlets have reported her roommates or Artaega saying they feared for her safety bc she was considerably intoxicated that night.
They worried about her bc it was so out of character for her given her reasonably responsible nature. IMO.
She could have been acting out of sorts and emotional bc she was dosed at the party (something slipped in her drink).
We don't yet know if she was drunk when she drove. I just need to say that bc it's such an important fact to her father Rick.
Rick Salinas said it upsets him when people miscategorize Adrienne. He said she is a typical college student who would drink a couple of beers socially.
“This is a responsible young lady who was going to college,” he said. “She was not a troubled teen. She had loving relationships.”
But a police report quoted her boyfriend and her roommates as saying that Adrienne was upset the morning she disappeared. She had been drinking at a party at her apartment that night and had an argument with her boyfriend. The boyfriend told police that Adrienne was upset at him for speaking to other people at the party and not paying enough attention to her, according to the report.
He said Adrienne asked him to leave but later followed him to his car and said she wanted him to drive her to Scottsdale so they could talk some more about the issue.
But he said the argument continued as he drove to her Scottsdale and at his home. He later found her attempting to walk home, so he gave her a ride to Fifth Street and Mill Avenue, where she jumped out his car and walked the rest of the way home.
Rick Salinas said the boyfriend passed a polygraph test administered by police.
A roommate of Adrienne’s told police that she had an on-again, off-again relationship with the boyfriend and that the two struggled to “define their relationship.” She said Adrienne and the boyfriend had argued in the past, but never as much as that night.

Salinas told him to leave and when he went out to his car, she followed him, got inside and told him to take her to his house in Scottsdale, officers said.
Arteaga said they continued to argue about their relationship, even when they arrived at his house, police said. Arteaga said during their argument inside the house, he stepped out to get some air and when he came back, Salinas was gone, police said.
Arteaga said he found Salinas walking toward Indian School Road and told her he would take her home. As he drove her back toward her apartment, he stopped at a red light at Fifth Street and Mill Avenue when Salinas opened the door, climbed out and started walking again.
I hadn't seen these exact details yet.
