Oh wait...there was this girl Kiomarie (Kio) and she's hispanic and she's another from school friend of Casey. She wanted to adopted Caylee when Caasey was pregnant b/c Casey didn't want the baby.
Cindy wouldn't let her (nor would she let her get an abortion from what Ryan said, essentially they were very conservative and didn't believe in that sort of thing). Kio also said that she was never allowed at Casey's house IF Cindy was there b/c Cindy didn't like Spanish people (the words used) and that it was ok with George, and then also that it was known around "everywhere" that Cindy didn't like people of other ethnicities (though seemed primarily targeted towards hispanics) and it seemedto tick her off that Casey nearly always dated "others" or something to that effect.
There was a whole weird thing where Kio has 2 friends named Casey, both with young girls, and Kios' first statement she said Casey wantd to borrow money on Juy 9th and that she heard cartoons and the girl in the background saying momma momma and mom saying be quiet I'm on the phone. Then she realized it was the other Casey and corrected her statemetn (the other casey was in an abusive relationship and needed the money to leave and Kio remembered it was the other one when she later spoke to that Casey)
They went to go get the car on the morning of the 15th. Cindy was angry and more or less like a kid having a tantrum about the price and wanting a discount yada yada. George didn't have cash so they were going to have to come back.
They left and he picked up the car several hours later. One tow lot employee overheard him say something to the effect of his daughter wouldn't let him see his granddaughter, and the tow guy who went to the car with him was told somethign to the effect of his daughter HAD been missing but his granddaughter was missing
THEN they get to the car, and open it and tow guy says it smells horrible, like a car he had where a guy committed suicide in it an was dead for a week. Met with TOTAL silence from George.
THEN they open the trunk and flies come out and there's a bag of trash with some pizza and some maggots, etc., The bag is thrown over the fence AT THE TOW YARD by the tow guy BUT it WAS collected into evidence from there (so NOT at the Anthony home like G/C claimed earlier)
They try to start the car and discover it has no gas. George says, oh, I have gas in my car (The only time we hear of the car being out of gas is from Casey's statement that it was pushed into the lot because it was out of gas. He puts in gas and leaves.
oh, the car was in the Amscot lot perhaps as early as late on the 26th as it was there at 7 am on the 27th and it was perfectly parked. in a spot on the side CLOSEST to the dumpster. (perhaps to disguise the smell from the car)
We find out there were a belt, the boots, a few of caylee's toys, some clothes, and "a dinner knife" many wondered what that is as typically it's a "butter knife" or a "steak knife"... In any case, we find out that Cindy REMOVES the knife and it is washed when given to LE.
Lee's testimony that when he comes the car is in the garage conflicts with LE who say it was put on the street and was there when they arrived
we also learn that George and Cindy had a lawyer from the start who was there at least the day after the arrest when LE came back to search the yard. When they did so, George told the detective that they HAD ALREADY searched the yard, and that they looked in the sheds, lifted up the pavers, lifted up the playhouse, etc.
LE noticed a suspicious indention by the pool.
The neighbor stated that Casey backed the car into the garage ON THE DAY she borrowed the shovel (there were questions about that) and that that was indeed unusual. He also stated that she said she needed to borrow it because "there was a piece of bamboo she kept tripping over"
We find out that George didn't answer at least one call from Cindy on the evening of the 15th, nor does he return the first time she asks him to, and twice he tries to send Lee to go to her.
We know that from late the 15th to mid-16th that Casey removed over 200 photos and almost 4 months worth of messages from her myspace and facebook (per JG I think it was) And we know that most everyone that knew her got a text message or middle of the night phone call or missed call telling them essentialy Caylee was missing for 32 days, etc.
Cindy was doing a lot of contacting folks telling them Casey was a liar, etc.
Oh, it was basically proved that none of the work people Casey made up were true adn there were more fake emails from non-people and non-jobs, and lots of emails between LE and Kodak/Universal/colleges/etc. that basically showed virtually no one mentioned is real.
Lee sent an email after the one family visit when Casey was first in jail essentially telling the detective what she told them and Lee claims to have talked to a work friend who verified working with some of the fake people...so either Lee is lying or fake girl is lying...b/c none of those people exist. The forged emails she made from the non-job also seem to be what initially tipped people off to Tony the LE guy she was with b/c his email address (a yahoo one I think) was in the cc: area of one of those emails.
Jeff Hopkins, the guy who supposedly introduced her to ZG (who she claims to have known for years yet the one time Cindy mentions her to George on the 911 call she calls her "that Nanny lady Zanny" or something like that, NOT just "Zanny" or something familiar if you'd heard of her before...oh, and Amy said she basicaly thought Casey made up the name Zanny b/c who could take that seriously? Zanny the Nanny?) only Jeff doesn't spend time with her, has never had a nanny (and apparently doesn't even have kids!). And Casey called his folks abut 3 am on the 16th asking for him (though they didn't answer) and they have no clue who he is.
LE did not want to release tehse records, but had to b/c they were requestd by the paper and needed to under Florida's sunshine law thing. But they are ONLY the papers tied to these first charges and NOT for anything deeper (like murder, etc.) and thus are NOT complete (why we don't have long testimonies from the family...there is VERY little from Lee at all... and nothing from people like JP, and minimal from JG)
JB wanted these not released and went to the judge, who denied the request (obviously)
OH ONE THING...the docs originally were "missing person" like up top and then something like "criminal investigaton" and then "major homicide" making it seem like we weren't supposed to see that and that there was a clear progression of LE thinking.
