Leticia.............according to Anthony's attorney, the family is considering cremation because of fear of grave robbers.........but it will destroy evidence, if any.
 
Cremation will erase any forensic evidence that could have left behind.

According to BC, they are considering cremation because they are afraid people will try to make a profit of pix, etc. (still about the money). Saying cremation would destroy any forensic evidence needed for future testing should the need arise.
