Hair: Red/Brown/Blonde. Possibly had a mustache or beard.
Eye Color: Unknown, possibly brown
Clothing: Wearing a brown nylon shirt with LINES woven in the fabric. The label was J.C. Penney (no size), and there were square buttons. His jacket was also brown with long sleeves and polyester. The brand was Silton, California (size Medium) and there were diagonal zippered pockets bilaterally above this waist.
Scars/Marks: A dark red discoloration mark measuring 1/2 inches was noted on the middle third of his left lower left leg.
Other: Decomposition makes it impossible to determine his age, however, he was an adult.
Circumstances: Found floating on the north bank of the American River behind Cal Expo. Fingerprints and dental x-rays are on file.
Condition of Remains: Not recognizable - Decomposing/putrefaction
